Mi experiencia en esta clínica fue estupenda . Estuve mirando muchas clínicas pero ellos fueron los que me transmitieron más confianza.
Todas las demás clínicas al ver el problema que había me decían que no sería posible llegar al embarazo sin el esperma de un donante . Realmente me negué yo quería intentarlo y Embriogyn fueron los que me dieron esperanzas y me decían que claro que Sii se podía . Siempre nos explicaron todo a la perfección la primera vez íbamos super perdidos y ellos fueron los que con paciencia y mucho cariño nos calmaban y nos daban ánimos .
Realmente la primera vez no salió perfecta muchos altos y bajos un tratamiento duro y que día a día veíamos que algo no iba bien . Al final fue negativo . La segunda vez ya sabíamos dónde íbamos y ellos nos apoyaron muchísimo y sobretodo nos escucharon nuestras dudas e incluso aceptaron lo que propusimos esta segunda vez todo fue estupendo . Cambiaron toda la medicación incluso a mi marido también se le dio medicación . Día a día veíamos que todo iba mejor los ovulos crecían todos a la vez y las doctoras tanto Celia como Miriam nos daban muy buenas noticias . Esta segunda vez Miriam fue la que siguió mi proceso ella me hizo la punción folicular y ella me izó la transferencia que mi decisión fue de 2 embriones .
Miriam y las enfermeras me decían que era una locura pero me escucharon y me apoyaron en mi decisión . Está segunda vez fue el positivo un positivo emocionante con un sueño echo realidad ahora mismo estoy de 4 meses y 1 semana y todo está estupendo un niño muy sano y muy grandote. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento a todos los de la clínica desde la administrativas que son estupendas simpáticas y cariñosas hasta enfermeras doctoras y embriologías (que no se les ve mucho pero siempre están hay y llamándote día tras día explicándote y resolviendo nuestras dudas ) . Nuestra experiencia en esta clínica fue, en conjunto, negativa, aunque quiero dejar claro desde el principio que no todo el personal fue malo. Los biólogos, en particular, fueron excelentes, y algunas otras trabajadoras también mostraron profesionalidad y trato humano. Dicho esto, nuestra vivencia global fue muy decepcionante. Al principio todo parecía ir bien, pero con el tiempo tuvimos la sensación de que el enfoque era cada vez más económico que médico. Se realizaron dos transferencias embrionarias que no tuvieron éxito cuando el problema era evidente: mi mujer tenía una trompa inflamada y llena de líquido (hidrosálpinx), algo que hacía inviable que las transferencias funcionaran. Aun así, se siguió adelante. Mi mujer, además, padece endometriosis. En total, el gasto superó los 14.000 €. La doctora que nos atendía con más frecuencia, en varias ocasiones, afirmaba cosas que nosotros nunca habíamos dicho y, semana tras semana, teníamos que volver a explicarle toda nuestra historia y situación, algo difícil de entender en un proceso tan delicado y continuo. También vivimos situaciones desagradables en recepción. En una ocasión se puso en duda que tuviéramos pagos pendientes cuando no era cierto, y se nos comunicó de malas formas, sin ninguna sensibilidad hacia el momento emocional por el que estábamos pasando. Además, hay muchos servicios que se cobran aparte y que no se explican con la suficiente transparencia, como ecografías de unos 200 € cada una, algo que consideramos importante saber desde el inicio. Escribo esta reseña cinco años después, desde la calma y sin rencor. Hoy tenemos una hija gracias a la sanidad pública, que identificó y solucionó rápidamente el problema evidente que en esta clínica privada no se abordó. Ver a mi mujer sufrir durante todo ese proceso, confiando en lo que se suponía que era “la mejor clínica de la zona”, fue lo más duro de todo. Solo comparto nuestra experiencia para que otras personas puedan tomar decisiones con toda la información posible.

Eternament agraïda a TOT el personal de la clínica. Fa mesos que explico al meu entorn que, indepenment de l'èxit del meu procés (primer intent), el tracte és exquisit. Exquisit per part de les persones de recepció, l'equip d'infermeria, ginecologia, de biologia, el servei de neteja. He rebut un acompanyament més que humà, amb un somriure cada dia, d'energia positiva, clars amb les seves paraules i oberts a qualsevol de les meves preguntes (que no van ser poques). No vull posar noms perquè me n'oblidaria d'algun i no seria just, i clarament m'he adonat que són un equip, que ningú es més o menys que un altre i cadascú que et tracta ho fa amb molta delicadesa. Tothom, és impressionant. Vull deixar per escrit, també, que en cap moment em van voler "vendre" res; no em van ensenyar cap estadística, ja que no farden dels bons resultats que tenen, així que no et van darrere perquè et quedis amb ells. És una clínica (privada, sí) però les persones que hi treballen estimen el que fan i et tracten amb una humanitat que feia temps que no em trobava. El suport en els moments d'indecisió i descontrol emocional hi són, i en els bons, també. Així que, MOLTES GRÀCIES de debò; els millors diners i temps (que vinc de Barcelona) invertits mai.
