I feel lucky having found the folks at Eggceptional Fertility after my negative experience with another agency. Here are some of the highlights of my experience with Eggceptional: 1) Eggceptional has an ethical business model. They first match you with a surrogate, then get compensated. (Many agencies get paid first, then they keep you anxiously waiting for a match which may or may not happen.) Eggceptional matched me with a good surrogate relatively quickly. We remain friends. 2) The same coordinator communicates with both the intended parent and the surrogate, so there's less misunderstanding. I was always able to message my coordinator and get a quick response or speak to her. She was reachable, responsive, and ready to help. 3) The folks at Eggceptional are gentle and polite people.
