Quala, Kella, & Becky were friendly, welcoming, and efficient in the lab this morning. Same with our NP, Casey, during my lining check. This process can be defeating at times so the ladies’ kindness, cheery disposition, and optimism are refreshing and helpful for my husband as we pray for our future baby. Thank you, ladies!

The lab team here is phenomenal! Becky, Kelly, and Quala are personable, friendly, and make the frequent labs painless and a great experience.

Dr. Banks is nothing short of amazing. She is friendly, listens, and cares about her patients. She didn’t hesitate to call even if it meant her working late which was really appreciated. She stopped by after retrieval to congratulate us on how many eggs retrieved since we saw a large increase from the 1st retrieval. Would recommend her to anyone in need!

Dr. Le performed a majority of the ultrasounds during stimulation meds and was very informative and ensured he pointed out what he was measuring and how I was progressing.

Dr. Marchetti (sp?) was also wonderful - he supervised a trainee in ultrasounds and really made the process feel educational and helped put the trainee at ease. He also was involved in a research study and provided clear explanation when receiving consent.

Huge shout out to Becky, Kella, and Quala in the lab. I have some tough veins and after a not so great draw on a weekend appointment, they really put their heads together to ensure my blood draws were efficient and quick moving forward. They are fun to chat with and provide exceptional care.
The front office staff are also gems - Michelle, Amber and Deniqua. They are kind and pleasant while checking you in. It’s always a nice touch when they remember you by name when you walk in.
Dr Le has helped with most of my testing/monitoring (HSG, SIS, and US). He makes you feel comfortable and informed. He explains everything he’s doing and will verbalize findings throughout the procedure which is always nice when tracking follicle growth appointment to appointment.
And lastly Dr Banks and nurse coordinator Katelyn have been nothing short of amazing. She took the time to listen to my husband and I, do all the necessary tests, and come up with a solid game plan for us. Katelyn made sure I was comfortable with every part of the process and answered all my questions thoroughly.
Highly recommend SGF Norfolk!!
