My husband and I started our fertility journey with Pinnacle Fertility Virginia (formerly Dominion Fertility) one year ago, and calling it seamless and wonderful would genuinely be an understatement. From our very first consultation with Dr. Dimattina, I knew we’d found our place. After consulting with several clinics, Pinnacle stood out as the most organized and approachable. We left that initial call feeling reassured rather than overwhelmed—which was a refreshing change from our other experiences. We embarked on the IVF PGT-M process, which takes longer than standard IVF, and from day one, the team set accurate timelines and clear expectations. No surprises, no confusion—just honest guidance every step of the way. One of the absolute highlights of our experience was having Holli as our personal support coordinator. (Seriously, Holli deserves all the shoutouts!) She was always available to answer my endless questions and became a wonderful pillar of support throughout this journey. Having someone who responds promptly and genuinely cares transformed what could have been an incredibly stressful process into something truly doable—and even wonderful. The entire Pinnacle team leads with kindness, and I mean that wholeheartedly. We started in January 2025 and haven’t had a single unpleasant experience. We alternated between the Bethesda and Arlington locations, and the consistency in care and compassion was remarkable at both. A special thank you to Janna, Stephanie, Nichol and Dr. D—your professionalism and genuine kindness made our 2025 truly memorable. The BEST, hands down! From the positive energy to the genuine love and support. I’ve been with them for over 3 years now, including 2 positive transfers, and I have nothing but good things to say. I have my special favorites my A Team (Holli, Dr. S, Guriet, and Jana) who are always on top of things and make sure I have everything I need. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. The IVF journey can feel lonely, but I can attest that with them, you won’t feel that way. They are a phenomenal, smart, and funny group of ladies. I’ve been a patient for a couple years now and cannot express how compassionate, professional, honest, and supportive this practice is. Dr DiMattina took me as a patient after a very traumatic experience at Shady Grove and two failed cycles with Pinnacle. He is wise, personable, caring, and above all: brilliant. I have so much hope under his care. Jana and Stefanie at the Bethesda office are pure joy. They welcome you in warmly for monitoring and are quick and concise with results and communication. Leslie in billing is EXCEPTIONAL. She has gone through great lengths to make this incredible financial burden less burdensome. She’s communicative, kind, and SHARP. She fought with my insurance and answer all my questions promptly with great care and consideration. Erin and Natalie as patient coordinators have been lifelines. They have been essential in navigating the emotional, complex, and downright cruel reality of infertility. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the care I have received thus so far with pinnacle. Although I’m still awaiting my miracle, I have the utmost trust in Pinnacle.

I loved all the services and the staff at the Bethesda location. Always very attentive with the services going above and beyond and answering all the medical and financial questions, my husband and I always felt supportive of the entire team every step of the journey.
