Front desk staff as well as nursing are awful. Very poor communication. They rarely if ever answer phone calls. A portal for messaging can only do so much, sometimes its actually necessary to speak to another human. The entire IVF process is already stressful and the supporting staff at this clinic adds on to the stress that comes with this process. Dr. Ku is amazing but he can't do everything alone. Get more staff that actually cares!
