I’m extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Dallas IVF / Frisco Fertility Center. I was seen in December 2023, provided my insurance at the time of the appointment, and paid my copay. My insurance (BCBS) processed and paid the claim in January 2024, which is clearly reflected in their own billing statement. Nearly two years later, without any phone call, email, mailed bill, or attempt to contact me, I received a “final notice” text saying my account had been sent to collections. When I called to question the discrepancy, billing staff gave conflicting explanations, incorrectly labeled the visit as “self-pay,” and were dismissive rather than helpful — despite documentation showing insurance payments and contractual adjustments. Sending an insured medical visit to collections without proper notice and due to internal posting errors is unacceptable.

I am forever grateful to Dallas IVF for giving me the greatest gift of my life — my baby girl, born on September 25, 2025. From start to finish, my experience at this clinic was nothing short of amazing. I want to give special thanks to my IVF doctor, Dr. Shilpi Agrawala, and her entire team. Dr. Agrawala is truly exceptional — knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and cared for throughout the entire process. As a single lesbian woman, I did not pursue IVF due to fertility issues, but to build my family — and Dallas IVF made me feel welcomed, respected, and supported every step of the way. The entire clinic staff was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in my journey. Because of Dallas IVF, I am now a proud mother, and my heart is full beyond words. Thank you to Dr. Agrawala, her team, and everyone at Dallas IVF for helping make my dream of becoming a mom come true. I will always be thankful.

She was very accommodating to work around our schedule and after a few months, we’re proud to say that we’re expecting a baby!!! We couldn’t be thankful to the entire staff and if you’re thinking about visiting them, consider this your sign to take the plunge and go!
