We met with Dr. Lee in the spring of 2023 and we just welcomed our son last month. We are so grateful to Dr. Lee and her team. Fertility is an exhausting journey but having Dr. Lee who we trusted alleviated a lot of our concerns. Now we have our first child and it’s amazing.

I wish there was an option. 11/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC NOR DR GADA. The office staff at the Southlake office are not helpful, and only made an already stressful situation even more stressful. After the initial appointment, my husband scheduled to drop off his sample, THEY DID NOT EVEN ADD HIM TO THE SCHEDULE. He showed up with his sample and they told him he was not on the schedule. If he was not scheduled, how did he have the specimen jar and directions? Secondly, they sent me to Plano from Fort Worth to have an HSG performed. I was simply given a partial address, no doctor name, no building numb er, no suite number. After driving an hour, I arrive at a medical complex - I did not know where to go. I had arrived 15 minutes early- only to be 5 minutes late to this procedure. I call the Southlake office to ask for help and this is a DIRECT QUOTE from TWO different office staff "I have not ever been to the Plano location so there is not anything I can do." Maybe you should have provided ALL of the information when you scheduled the appointment. Later that evening my husband discovered the correct information on their website - so they were actually incapable of looking at their own website to provide information. Another irritation point was the fact that all they care about is making a profit. They are EXTREMELY pushy regarding IVF because that is how they make their money. They questioned me three times if i wanted to "start a cycle' before they had even received my blood work and test results. If that does not tell you they are only there for a profit - I do not know what does. Fertility treatment in this country is a JOKE and this facility should be ashamed. Do better.

We are forever grateful for Dr. Chantilis and his entire team. After trying to conceive for the past three years, we decided at the beginning of this year to switch from our previous fertility doctor to Dr. Chantilis, and it was the best decision we ever made. He was thoughtful, patient, calm, and always responsive to our questions and concerns, which was such a difference from our prior experience. With his guidance and the support of his team, we went through our first IUI cycle and became pregnant with our daughter. I delivered her this past Saturday, and I can’t help but feel immense gratitude. Because of their dedication and care, the Christmas gift we prayed for over the last three years finally came true

Patient felt rushed and dismissed by Dr. Thomas, which led to inadequate diagnosis and treatment. Patient switched to a new doctor who identified the root cause of infertility through additional testing, resulting in successful surgery and hope for natura

I established care with Dr. Mika Thomas after a year of infertility and one miscarriage at 9 weeks last October. I had conceived in my fourth month of trying initially, and by the time I began seeing Dr. Thomas, I was on cycle 7 post-loss. Dr. Thomas was friendly and encouraging, though often seemed rushed. One thing to know about most reproductive endocrinologists is that they typically focus on medication/IUI/IVF that may help conception rather than actually identifying why pregnancy isn’t happening. You’ll likely need to do significant research and advocate for yourself to get to the root cause. We began with standard tests: day-3 labs, a semen analysis, and a vaginal ultrasound—all of which appeared normal. I was told I had “unexplained infertility.” When I pushed for a deeper investigation, Dr. Thomas said that wasn’t part of her standard workup but agreed to order an HSG and hysteroscopy to rule out other issues. The HSG was clear, so the next month we proceeded with the hysteroscopy. I was awake for the procedure and surprised by how brief it was: less than 5 seconds of actual camera time. It felt rushed, and I didn’t feel confident she had fully examined my uterus. I asked several times if she’d gotten a thorough look and was told everything looked “beautiful.” I later learned that most patients’ hysteroscopies take at least a minute or so. I also didn’t receive any images, which I now recommend everyone confirm they’ll get beforehand. We did two IUIs which failed. Four months later, I switched to a new doctor who promptly scheduled a laparoscopy and repeat hysteroscopy after hearing my history. During that procedure, he found four large polyps filling much of my uterus, likely acting as a “natural IUD,” in his words. He believed these polyps had likely been missed in Dr. Thomas’s hysteroscopy, as it is very unlikely they could have developed that quickly. I was very upset. Anyone going through infertility knows how painful each month is, and realizing this could have been identified and addressed earlier was disappointing and infuriating. I had also mentioned the possibility of endometriosis, which Dr. Thomas dismissed since my only symptom was infertility. My new doctor found and excised endometriosis during surgery. Throughout my care with Dr. Thomas, I often felt like I was the one driving the process. The clinic seemed to operate on a standard “IUI and IVF menu” model, with little (no) curiosity about underlying causes. When I mentioned limited cervical mucus, I was told it “doesn’t matter for fertility.” When I asked about exploring root causes & understanding why I can't conceive after I was able to get pregnant once before, Dr. Thomas made comments about me being “Type A” and “doing too much research online.” After loss and months of trying, that lack of empathy was discouraging. I’m now on my first cycle of trying again after surgery, and my new doctor is optimistic we’ll conceive naturally. If not, we will move to IVF. Had I stayed with Dr. Thomas, I likely would have gone straight into IVF without ever discovering the true cause of my infertility.
