Cyprus Hope Fertility Team Z

Me and my partner have had recent treatment with HOPE IVF - Team Z (October 2023). This was our 2nd round of IVF but first at this clinic, I can't recommend this clinic enough to anyone thinking of having treatment! Our co ordinator Zeren made everything happen for us, she was always there to answer any questions we may of had, setting up consultations with Dr Zehra, nothing was ever to much for Zeren and she really got to know us on a personal level. Dr Zehra, gave a really personal touch also, communication was 10/10 each step of the way. She really listened to our story and tailored our treatment plan accordingly. My results compared to my first cycle at a previous clinic exceeded our expectations, we were are still are over the moon! Currently 11 weeks pregnant with more healthy embryos on ice. The clinic itself is stunning, modern clean, easy location, not far from the border. Reception staff and nursing team are kind warm and friendly. We can't thank the entire team at HOPE enough!! We want to Thank Dr Zehra, and Gizem our coordinator from Hope Fertility. They have been truly amazing, supportive, caring - ensuring nothing went unmissed in our care. They have made the impossible possible and we are pregnant with twins for our first time attempt. Love Shirley & David

I think it is time to leave a Google review (as it is overdue). As a quick gist, this place was an amazing experience. Very highly recommended to anyone considering going through IVF. Okay, why? Let's review 3 parts: a) the treatment itself b) the communication and admin c) the hospital itself. 1) The treatment - this will vary from a person to person / couple to couple of course. It is a lengthy journey and unfortunately the failure is often at the back of your mind. However, Dr Zehra is extremely professional yet friendly. It really is encouraging to have a highly qualified experienced FEMALE doctor treating you. She genuinely seems to care about her patients and wants you to be successful in your treatment. That said, she is careful not to exaggerate the probability of success as this will depend on your individual circumstances. She looks at your initial test results and tells you, positively but realistically what the chances are. Thank you so much, Dr Zehra. I wish everyone else the same level of success. 2) Communication - Zeren, our coordinator, was outstanding. All questions answered but sometimes patience is needed as she is very busy (I can imagine she must be inundated with messages all day and night). Thank you. Other nurses - they are lovely. Some language barrier notwithstanding (Zeren could always be relied upon for anything that needed a proper explanation), they seemed well-trained and polite. 3) The Hospital itself - seems well-equipped and very modern. The place is very clean inside with air-conditioning running. Free coffee in the lobby. Polite ladies at reception. This hospital seems to be around 90% female VS 10% male staffing (which I think is a GOOD thing when it comes to the subject of ivf. The male staff are I think mainly lab technicians/embryologists, I'm guessing? We had no direct contact with them). Now a couple of general statements about IVF. It is important to choose your hospital/doctor well. There are anecdotally MANY scams or fake hospitals and doctors who care nothing for your well-being. Being located in Northern Cyprus which is outside EU's jurisdiction, you need to be careful. I hope this review is useful. Give them a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. absolutely amazing gizem is the kindest loveliest person she knows her stuff she helped me from day 1 after a terrible time with another clinic i found cyprus hope so friendly and they really want you to succeed i am currently pregnant with twins after my 1st attempt with them all the staff are friendly and professional and dr zehra is such a lovely women and makes you feel comfortable and at ease thankyou for everything xxx

I started my treatment in Germany and traveled on day 9 to complete my treatment here. It’s possible but the planning & communication from distance might get hard and stressful. Dr Zehra is warm and looks competent and transparent in her diagnosis and treatment protocol. However, there’s a lack of some transparency in the coordination in my experience, and as respect for people who travel far and pay this high amounts of money, then I would raise some awareness: - communication is always very speedy, they are busy, and you’ll need to do multiple follow ups sometimes. I had planned and shared multiple times in advance my flight details, but till the evening before, I kept being ask: what time do you land?… eventually this caused me extra charges to change the flight as we were too close to trigger time. - I had shared initially that I pay with credit card, and never received any document telling me that it causes a surcharge of 5%, until when I had to pay and I realised an extra 250€ added to my bill! -> ask for payment options! Ask for a receipt when you pay! - After egg collection, I was given some medication, which I soon realised some were about to expire, and the 200€ I got charged for was 3 times the price of what I could have paid in Germany. I have requested a reimbursement. -> always double check and ask for a price list before paying! - a special driver is arranged, but he charges about 30% more than local taxis. -> local taxis accept Turkish lira and not Euro, and are way cheaper and still safe. So all and all, Dr Zehra does a good job, she’s honest, (I can’t testimony success at this point, as it’s too early), but there’s a whole business around that you might want to look after.
