Patient experienced poor treatment and care. IVF wait list was misleading. Patient now seeks care at a new clinic that educates and cares for patients.

Update: Run away from this clinic ASAP. Don't be fooled by the short IVF wait list. I knew nothing about IVF when I joined this clinic and now I know so much more since joining my new clinic where they actually educate and care about you. …

I am so thankful for Create West! I had a nearly 5 year journey with them that ultimately resulted in my beautiful daughter. I liked the smaller, intimate atmosphere of the clinic that made my care feel individualized and personal. The entire team was kind, supportive and sensitive during difficult circumstances. The nurses in particular always went above and beyond, and truly felt like family by the end of my treatment. Infertility & navigating IVF is one of the hardest things I’ve done and I’m grateful for this team who made a long, hard journey as smooth as it could be. I would recommend them to others and hope to return to try for a second baby in the future.
