Pauline and Kelly at Sheffield are the nicest people they make you feel at ease and explain everything. It's a shame all the staff at create are not as helpful kind considerate and caring as these two individuals. (Which is what my rating is based on!!) My experience of other staff at Leeds with the exception of Dr Davies and the theatre team was a whole different experience they seem to class you as a number rather than a person and I would never recommend the company based on this. Patient co ordinators don't know what they are doing and stress you out.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SHAMBOLIC CLINIC. After our initial scan and consultation we were told that we would be assigned a care co-ordinator and contacted by the end of the day by phone and then by email. We didn’t hear anything. Over the next two weeks I called Support 4 times, each time being told someone would call by the end of the day but we were never contacted. Eventually, when I said we would no longer continue with this clinic, I was put through to a manager who sent through some prices, but by this point we were so disillusioned with the appalling service that we decided to start looking elsewhere for our treatment. Then out of the blue I received a call from the new clinic manager who asked about our experience. He was apologetic and offered us a discount if we continued treatment. He ASSURED me that we would be assigned a care co-ordinator and be contacted by the end of the day. Unsurprisingly, this never happened. I then requested a refund for our initial scan and consultation and was told I would be contacted by a manager to approve this. Nothing. I then made a formal complaint by email to the clinic and surprise surprise, I’ve received no acknowledgement within the time frame set out on their website (5 days for acknowledgement of complaint and 28 days to resolve it). The lady I spoke to on Support didn’t even know that the policy states acknowledgement within 5 days. I’ve been told a manger will contact me today. I’m absolutely certain they won’t. This has been one of the most appalling experiences at an already stressful and emotional time. Please avoid this clinic.

Shocking company, consultation person doesn't respond to emails. Has your hopes built up to have the knocked. Complaint sent over and surprise surprise no response to that either... A time what suppose to be nice turned into a absolute nightmare. Me and partner have decided not to go ahead with the iui down to there horrendous communication!! Also, this hasn't been resolved, Debbie who has been in contact likes to ask when is suitable to call just like tahlia and guess what she calls on the times we didt give or doesn't call at all lol ORR she calls there's no signal so she sends an email telling you she's closed your case lol wouldn't dare go ahead with treatment, like I said to tahlia, so glad we haven't because if anything was to go wrong none of you would be arsed to even get in contact
