CREATE Fertility

I was treated as a surrogate at Create. Our nurse Deb was fantastic - explained things clearly, was friendly and professional, was very accommodating of our situation by allowing baby's parents in for relevant appointments whilst maintaining my privacy as the patient. Our transfer worked first time, thank you to all the staff!

As anyone going down the path with will know it’s a long road and one that is an emotional rollercoaster. It took us a long time and so much research in finding the right fertility clinic that works for us and at the right price it was very difficult, however we came across Create Fertility and it seemed like it was meant to be, it wasn’t too far for us for appointments and knowing the we had to travel to Bristol for the transfer wasn’t a big deal. We booked in a scan and got a quote, we had ICSI with a donor egg and the process was straight forward the price was good and the staff were great! Everyone was lovely and made this process so much easier. I would like to say a very big thank you to Debra Jefferies who made me feel so at ease and made this process so personal she is an amazing women who made this process special. After one transfer we welcomed our baby girl! We are extremely lucky and couldn’t be more in love. We are so grateful for the team at Create for helping us on this journey. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with fertility difficulties to Create you will be in great hands. Good luck on your journey.

Wonderful clinic the staff go above and beyond for everything. They take care to explain all aspects of treatment throughout. My husband and I will be forever grateful for all their help in getting our little family. Highly recommend this to anyone embarking on IVF

Absolutely fantastic!! I cannot thank Create in Cardiff enough! The staff are amazing, making me feel so at ease and everything was throughly explained. After deciding to go private, we came across CREATE Fertility and so glad that we did. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the very start it was made easy to understand the process due to the professional staff at cardiff and Bristol supporting us along the way. Any questions or queries we had were answered promptly. We were made to feel comfortable and at ease in what was a very daunting time. After finding out we were pregnant, we were pointed in the right direction and felt ready to move on to the next step.
