Without the amazing team at Create we wouldn't have our much wanted little rainbow baby. IVF is not the easiest of journeys to go through however we never felt alone as we had the incredible support from our wonderful team. Penny is an absolute superstar and I never felt worried about asking questions that seemed obvious and I knew Penny would answer honestly and advise me on the best route possible for moving our journey forwards. The clinic was always spotless and the team were so professional and on time. Penny was always prepared to work around me and my work hours. I would recommend Create without any hesitation to anyone wanting to go along the IVF route. Our little girl is the most precious and wanted baby and it's all through Create and Penny. I went with my sister for various fertility consultations and Create fertility is the best. We had a consultation with Penny, and she is the most amazing person we have ever met. She isn't trying to sell you packages or anything, which is refreshing. The consultation was very ethical and thorough, and we were impressed with her knowledge and experience. She is the best sonographer and the ideal person to assist with your fertility journey.

Thankyou so much Penny and Dr Byrne for all your patience, guidance and support. I know that fertility is part medicine and also a big chunk of pot luck. I am grateful for you advocating for me, your patient led care and allowing me to suggest some things, but also importantly managing my expectations. Still can’t believe she is here! Happy and chunky at 8 pound 3 even though she was 1 week early ☺️ was booked for an induction but waters broke 3 days beforehand in the middle of the night. Forceps delivery in the end, and manual removal of placenta as that injection to try and get it out didn’t work! Had episiotomy and a stage 2 tear with lacerations so recovery was very sore but all healing well now. All her screening tests have come back fine, just a bit of jaundice but she didn’t need any treatment for it. My pregnancy was really good too. Just anaemia and pregnancy sickness but never anything serious and no worries with baby. Hope my story gives others hope - 4th transfer lucky (double transfer for my last one!) and 5th pregnancy overall for me! But got there in the end.

Your encouragement was just enough for me.Oh the amazing team on the day of Transfer were like my family, cheering me in the most subtle way. the team on the collection day gave me so much peace to know they will ensure I was ok. The Joy on their faces to see the success was Just same as my family expressed. I am looking forward to celebrating my miracle baby with the entire team.
