What to watch out for at CREATE Fertility?

  • warning Inconsistent communication

Many patients experience delayed or absent callbacks, difficulty reaching coordinators, and contradictory information from consultants. Missed phone calls and unanswered emails contribute to heightened anxiety during treatment.

  • warning Administrative disorganization

Coordination errors, such as forgotten appointments, misplaced notes, and repeated blood‑test requests, have been reported. Some patient coordinators are described as unable to manage basic scheduling tasks, leading to treatment delays.

  • warning Financial disputes and cancellation fees

Patients have incurred unexpected costs for abandoned scans, medication, and a £750 cancellation fee after cycles were halted by the clinic. These charges are viewed as burdensome, especially when the clinic initiates the cancellation.

  • warning Variable staff competence

While many clinicians are praised, certain staff members, particularly some patient coordinators, are reported as incompetent or unresponsive. This inconsistency can affect the overall patient experience and confidence in care.

I personally cannot understand any of the negative reviews. Our experience couldn’t have been more positive! I would go so far as to call it dreamy! We’ve been discharged this week and I can genuinely say I am sad! I’m going to miss seeing everyone so much! Right from Nicola at the front desk who always greets you with warmth and a big smile. Dr Darshan and Dr Lakshmi who are legends. The perfect balance of professional and friendly and doctors who actually listen and care about their patients. The nurses (especially Sandy) were always wonderful and held my hand during uncomfortable scans. The theatre staff like Omar and Ellie go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and in good spirits. The embryology team could not be better at keeping you updated every step of the way. But a special shout out to my amazing patient co-ordinator, Anisha. She made this whole process from start to finish so positive and seamless! Not once did I have to chase her for anything or send more than one email with a question or request. Whenever I had questions, she had someone from the nursing team call me back within the hour to answer them and she went above and beyond to make sure communication was smooth and seamless, all of our worries were addressed, arranged therapy when I was feeling anxious around a part of the process and made sure all of our medication arrived promptly. I really appreciated having one point of contact throughout the entire process. I have never had an experience with a clinic before that was so warm, caring and personalised. This experience has prompted us to go private for the rest of our journey, because we have been so spoiled by the Create team. Thank you to every member of the team 🙂💕 We will recommend you to everyone and hope our paths will cross again x

The reviewer had a negative experience due to poor communication from the IVF clinic, which created more stress during an already challenging time. They had difficulty contacting staff and coordinating appointments. The poor communication quality negative

Awful communication the whole way through, makes what is expected to be an exciting yet scary time, into a very stress filled process. Can never get hold of people, and have to chase them up about things constantly and no real coordination …

Communication is an absolute shambles making an already stressful time even more stressful. There is zero coordination by the patient coordinators who provide inaccurate information, don’t follow up when they say they will and are not proactive in any way other than to chase for payment (which even that they fail to get right) - utterly useless! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
