Dr. Ruiz, my son is now 24 years old. Social Security referred me for adoption after countless tests. This man not only operated on me in a flash, but he also fixed the problem in 30 days, and it took another 30 days for the pregnancy to be successful. Everyone's experience is different; I suppose there are very complicated cases, but he literally gave us a life. Thanks to Conceptum, because I hadn't checked your reviews either, and I'll always remember you.

After seeing the good reviews, I decided to see Dr. Juan Salinas Peña. The wait was long, but I realized it was because he's not one of those doctors who watches the clock during consultations; he takes notes, asks questions, and shows genuine interest in his patients. For some abdominal pain, he offered me an ozone injection. I immediately started vomiting and feeling dizzy (the nurse held my hand and calmed me down). The nausea subsided, and he administered the treatment (I would have liked him to explain what he saw during the examination and give me a report of the consultation). Fifteen minutes after leaving, I started experiencing clicking sounds when breathing and unbearable pain in the nerves of my shoulders and chest. I called him, and here comes the disappointment: a lack of empathy and a nonchalant tone (when I was in a lot of pain and scared), saying it was anxiety and that it couldn't possibly be from the injection. For me, it was serious and important. So, I ended up in the hospital's emergency room where they told me it was indeed caused by the ozone. Besides, the abdominal pain I was experiencing wasn't muscular. It's a huge shame because he seems like an expert in his field, and I really thought I'd found my perfect gynecologist. The nurse was also very nice. Even so, I appreciate the care he gave me during the consultation.

After a few years trying to conceive naturally (with the emotional burden that entails), we tried to inform ourselves as much as possible (within our inexperience) and decided to trust Conceptum Reus with the hope of starting a family. From the center they transmitted excessive optimism to us, ensuring high success rates. However, throughout the process, his promises and optimism were dismantled. It should be noted that once we paid for the treatment we found a constant lack of empathy and quite poor care, even not remembering our names or requesting medical tests when the doctor already had the results and our entire history. The lack of empathy is so curious that if you don't go to the checkout to settle, you don't enter the operating room area. And in our case (sinning of being inexperienced), we had to settle the part of a failed treatment due to a medication calculation error on the part of the doctor. Despite our questions about the possible causes of our infertility or lack of success, we always received vague answers such as "don't worry, you are young..." "you have to relax..." "go on vacation..." and each time was to try some different medication, obviously with payment just as we left the operating room, but we never received clear answers. Even so, we did two treatments with them without success. On our own initiative we went for tests and coincidentally when presenting the results to the doctor it was "oh well, you've made progress, this is just the next test I was going to ask of you..." The negative results of the treatments, along with the lack of empathy, left us deeply disappointed and feeling that we had been deceived and above all SCAMMED! And I do say scammed (and in capital letters) because in the end and after checking with different doctors, they have detected a hormonal dysfunction, mainly causing difficulties in conceiving. The excuse of, "our team has tried it" is not valid for us; according to the opinion of several doctors, the diagnosis was very easy and clear. So I hope you enjoy our money and at least invest it in some social work!
