Conceptions truly has an amazing team! My husband and I did 6 IVF Cycles with Conceptions, went through miscarriages post embryo transfer and even had retrievals that produced 0 viable eggs but the Conceptions Team never gave up on us. We are finally having a baby after many years of trying to achieve this miracle. The Conceptions Team has been with us through all the ups and downs and has always been an incredible support system. From the moment you walk in for your appointment and sign-in you are greeted by people like Josefina (Fifi) who make you feel positive and welcomed. The nursing staff is also incredible. They all have a great energy. Our nurse Melanie made the experience feel so comfortable. We always felt safe and secure with her, she answered all of our questions, and made sure to always be there for myself and husband when we had any questions or concerns along the way. She is truly an angel who goes above and beyond with a heart of Gold. Additionally, with the fear I have of needles for bloodwork, Rose always knew how to calm me down and keep me distracted and positive. She's been one of the only people ever with a needle in hand who has a gentle touch and made the process so smooth for me. The entire medical team has also been fantastic...everyone from Jackie, Maggie, to Dr. Hernandez (Dr. H), the OR/embryologist team. They were there for all procedures...even when we didn't see them during the day to day Dr. H and Jackie always let us know that they were keeping an eye on our whole medical plan and journey. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone trying to build or expand their family. THANK YOU CONCEPTIONS TEAM!

Conceptions Florida is wonderful. Dr. Hernandez Rey and his team are top notch all the way. Our son is due in May and we’re overjoyed to soon be parents. Big thanks to all the incredible staff at the Gables office - especially * Gina my fantastic nurse who patiently answered every email and question with swiftness and kindness *Maggie and Aida for their excellent care and support during every scan *Rosie who got my blood every time on the first try and always had encouragement and a positive attitude to share. *Jose at the front desk who greeted us with kindness and warmth on every visit *and all the others I don’t know by name but who are all amazing people and caregivers - from Dr Hernandez Rey’s nurse to the embryologist and the whole crew. Thank you to you all for everything you have done for us. Can’t wait to drop by one day soon with our sweet boy and some treats for you all!
