If I could give negative stars, I would for this place. I scheduled an egg freezing consultation 3 weeks in advance. At the time I made the appointment, the office let me know I would hear back from them regarding my insurance coverage and if a referral would be needed. I called the week prior and didn’t hear from the front office or the insurance team. I checked in daily up until 2 days before my appointment, I was provided incorrect feedback regarding what my insurance would cover (front office stated multiple times Maven would fully cover my visit). A quick phone call with my insurance directly contradicted this feedback. I’m shocked by how this office runs given there are multiple offices across the DFW area. It’s very discouraging to start this process off with a lack of communication and clarity.

I first came to this place around October 2024. I had my Tubal Reversal with Dr. Jones and Dr. Escobar in Jan 2025. I am expecting my blessing baby, Pregnant in Dec. 2025! So excited 😊! All the people who work here are always pleasant and kind. Its quite the office, very high end. The only recommendation I could give Conceive fertility is to please be more transparent about costs. Im not sure whose responsibility that is but when the client is communicating on their end asking all the questions about finances and are still receiving surprise bills thats just unprofessional.

Getting my first positive pregnancy test result at 46 years old, makes this day the second most important date after my birthday. I was referred to Dr Jones by my OBGYN after trying for 8 years with no positive result. It’s a decision I decided to embark on albeit afraid. Over the years, I have seen different specialists and totally exhausted. Dr Jones talked me through the process, which in my opinion sounded too simple and straight forward. She always had a positive, soothing countenance during our appointments and I always wondered if it was normal to feel that relaxed. I totally let go of all emotions, doubt, fear and trusted her process. My embryo transfer was the one and only transfer and resulted in my first pregnancy in the month of my birthday. It remains the best birthday gift ever. We also got gifts on our graduation day😊which is part of the nursery décor. I thank God for using Dr Jones and her exceptional team for this miracle that has totally changed and brought I and my husband so much joy. We pinch ourselves everyday because it feels like a dream. I am also thankful to Nurse Joy and Nurse Jessie, who were patient with all my emails and concerns. The lady who did all my blood work at the FRISCO branch (can’t remember her name), the receptionist at FRISCO, who always greeted me with a calming smile and by my name. I can’t wait to share pictures of the baby when he arrives. God bless you all and thank you.
