Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I felt the staff were pretty negative and dismissive. I didn’t like my medical exam or the way the Dr. talked to me. I was referred by my surgeon for a second opinion and I left feeling so traumatized by the whole experience. Update After Owner commented: Look at the and how they reply. Beware. Prime example of their attitudes and behavior.

IVF clinic had significant issues with scheduling, communication, and billing that raised concerns about their care.

This clinic demonstrates serious issues with scheduling, communication, and staff professionalism. Fees are charged before patients receive care, and appointments are difficult to schedule. staff speaks in a dismissive or condescending manner, including falsely questioning whether messages were left. ( despite phone logs - validate) These problems compromise patient dignity and make accessing care unnecessarily stressful. The clinic needs to address these issues to ensure professional, respectful, and efficient treatment for all patients. **UPDATE after business reply** I want to clarify for anyone reading: I have never been given an appointment, yet I was charged a “deposit” anyway (just learn this is the charge on my card for) — when it was explained to me that the reason their system won’t allow us to book an Appointment according to their reception person; was because a pending balance, so what is it? That is not a deposit. That is a payment taken without a confirmed service date, which is why this has felt misleading from the start. To add to the confusion, it was charged through the Mount Pleasant office — a location I did not 2.15 hours from us, we didn’t authorize billing through. When a fertility clinic handles essential matters like billing, scheduling, and basic communication this carelessly, it naturally raises concerns about how more serious aspects of care are managed. Patients facing fertility treatment deserve clarity, transparency, and dignity — not circular answers, location mix-ups, and retroactive explanations. At minimum, this situation merits a review of internal processes so future patients aren’t put through the same frustration.

The reviewer had a very positive experience with Coastal Fertility Specialists, citing their friendly and approachable providers, particularly Dr. Andrea Peterson and nurse A'Lonna. A successful IUI treatment outcome is credited to the clinic. The reviewe

First I want to say, we are expecting our first baby in May 2026 and we have Coastal Fertility Specialists to thank for that. Thank you for making our dreams come true!♡ Our provider was Dr. Andrea Peterson and we just love her. She is so easy to talk to and very friendly. When we first met Dr. Peterson in December 2024, we really liked her, but we didn't end up seeing her very often (no fault of the clinic, just the way things fell sometimes). But Dr. Peterson performed our 3rd IUI which ended up being successful! It's beautiful how our journey kind of came full circle with Dr. Peterson! We didn't see the Lexington office as often as we did the Savannah, GA office since we are from GA. When we did see Lexington, it was usually on Saturdays (we are so appreciative of the flexibility CFS offers!!). Our nurse A'Lonna was usually the one to meet us on Saturdays. A'Lonna is so sweet, she always replied to my calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner. A'Lonna also knew how to be just the right amount of encouraging when things seemed impossible. We are so lucky to have had her as our nurse! We will definitely be back if we need assistance growing our family in the future. Thank you again, CFS! ♡
