The people here are perfectly nice. I was referred here when my obgyn couldn’t put the pieces together as to why I was gaining wait with irregular periods. Everyone had the blood work showing my thyroid levels were off. But they went with the expensive, invasive test. Receptionist was insensitive to my feelings and anxieties and made me feel bad when I didn’t understand the procedures. Anyway. Ladies, push your doctor about thyroid problems. I think they’re a lot more common than we think and we are gaslit into going with the expensive, invasive test. Yuck. Do better.

Dr. Riestenberg has been incredibly thorough, caring, and supportive throughout every step of my journey—from my first successful transfer to a failed attempt and to now, another successful transfer. I also can’t say enough about the Myrtle Beach team. Neely, in particular, has made every visit over the past two years so much less stressful. She’s always welcoming, with a genuine smile that makes me look forward to each appointment. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate all my needs have made this process so much easier. It truly feels like she’s become a good friend and I will miss seeing her so often.

The team at Coastal Fertility has been amazing — very efficient, informative, and caring. Dr. McLaughlin always took time to answer my questions and helped me work through even the small issues that came up. As a local Myrtle Beach patient, I appreciated having a nearby clinic that was so well organized. Neely and her team consistently provided timely, high-quality care and communicated everything clearly, even during the fast-paced parts of the process. I always felt supported and confident in their hands.
