I am immensely grateful for my decision to embark on my journey with Coastal Fertility. Their expertise and dedication are truly exceptional. I would like to extend a special recognition to the physician in the Savannah area and my nurse, Amber, who has consistently been responsive and attentive to my inquiries. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!

Went through two rounds of IUI with no success. Only met a doctor at the Savannah clinic once for the initial consultation and then never again. My nurse performed both IUIs, and there was no follow up afterwards by anyone.

This was a very delicate situation to go through physically and emotionally, and with the amount of money we wasted, a phone call would’ve made a difference.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff I interacted with were all friendly and easy to work with. The person writing the responses to the negative Google reviews could learn a thing or two.

The office is amazing. All the staff that I came in with was nice and caring. Dr.Schnorr was amazing and through.

Their billing clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing either because they keep mailing us a bill for my husbands SA when it was referred by his doctor and tricare confirms they covered it but didn’t receive the invoice from the Savannah clinic.

Our experience with the doctors, nurses, and staff at Coastal Fertility clinic was the most efficient and effective in our long journey. After working with them from January 2023 – August 2023 we are happy to be blessed with a healthy pregnancy. Their bed side manner and overall friendliness made our experience very positive.

The staff is nice and is a good place to go initially (up to blood work). I was told by Keshala that she would place my MRI order with a hospital on post the following day (it was Martin Luther King Day so the hospital would’ve been closed on the day we spoke with her). However, she called me only once the next day (I never received a notification about the voicemail and finally found it a week later), but since I didn’t answer one phone call, Keshala decided to send my MRI order to a random imaging facility in Savannah (cause the hospital didn’t accept outside orders that day) rather than discussing with me of my options first (my other option was for me to contact my PCM at the hospital to schedule my MRI). When confronted about this issue, she didn’t take responsibility for her mishap – all she did was “apologize for my phone not giving me the notification”. Its unethical to not include me (the patient) on this decision since we are the ones traveling back and forth for treatment. Don’t be surprised if she doesn’t provide good communication or keeps you uninformed. Therefore, I will be taking my business to the Summerville office due to this communication issue with the Savannah one.

The past 7 months have been nothing short of AMAZING!!! Choosing Coastal Fertility Specialist to assist with my husband’s infertility issue was such a great choice. After closely working with the great doctors and staff there,we are happily expecting our baby girl this fall! Dr.Schnorr and Dr. McLaughlin thanks so much. Keshala Newton our NP welcomed us with open arms and held our hands from beginning to end of the entire process for our IVF cycle .Shelley the front desk receptionist always wore a smile and our welcome was always warm. Definitely going to stay in touch with everyone in the Savannah office because they were all like family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I attempted to schedule an appointment, but the receptionist who answered the phone lacked empathy and was not particularly helpful. It did not leave a positive first impression, especially since she abruptly ended the call while I was still speaking.

The best fertility clinic with an amazing staff! The experience was welcoming and at no point did I feel like I was left stranded. The process was smooth and after the first consultation a plan was put in place and everything was great. I’m happy to say my first transfer was a success and I can’t wait to come back in a year to start this journey again with an amazing clinic.
