CNY Fertility Atlanta

My surgery for a tubal reversal went well. In fact we got pregnant on the second try. However, they had me one in for an ultrasound at 5 weeks to verify pregnancy. The ultrasound tech was extremely rough with the poking and prodding which turned into a sub chorionic hemorrhage and is losing the baby. I kept saying I felt something felt stuck on my left side. 8 months later after timed sex, checking my Basel body temp. daily, peeing on ovulation test strips, tracking EVERYTHING, fertility meds, hella vitamins (over $500 worth monthly) just to be told my tubes closed back up on their own was heartbreaking especially after the amount of money, time, effort, and energy we had put in . Dr. V was nicest enough to answer some of my concerns on her social media podcasts. All of this was completely elective and quite costly.

The communication from anyone in their company is highly disappointing. Me and my wife were very excited to start our journey with this facility. It is nearly impossible to have someone call you and actually get the answers you need. Its been over a month trying to schedule a retrieval and still have less information then when I started.

Honestly love every single person that works at this location! We started our fertility journey at another facility and decided to give CNY a try. Could not be happier! Will forever scream their praise!

Theyre incompetent at best. Cost me money out of pocket that I didn't need to pay all bc they verified the wrong insurance plan..idiots. see you in court!

Honestly wish I could give 0 but that doesn’t an option. They will charge you after your first consultation even though you already paid. This location doesn’t offer much but of course they don’t tell you that until after you spend the money. Worst place ever. Please please please save yourself the headache.
