There were also situations that increased my frustration, such as the way the receptionist justified the lack of contact, reinforcing that they were waiting to perform the surgery, even though I had informed them that the procedure had already been done, so much so that the doctor prescribed birth control pills for me to take via WhatsApp. She said that my eggs were stored (note: I did not have frozen eggs, nor had I chosen a donor). I realized that this was a way to justify the situation. This carelessness demonstrates little consideration for such a sensitive stage. When I tried to give my feedback, I received an audio message from the clinic apologizing for what happened, but at the end, a comment from Dr. Mila was recorded stating that "they will always criticize, even without reason."
