Clínica Tambre – Reviews and Prices

Avoid this clinic.
I think Tambre had an agenda to keep things vague to purposely rush and drive the treatment to such ends that saving time, resources, and money for Tambre clinic was the only goal. Your treatment and the highest outcome for your embryo result is Not their Priority. We paid for the 3 blastocysts-Package.
3 Big problems:
1. If you are looking to conceive by using both donated eggs and sperms, they will frequently match the female egg recipient with the sperm donor for feature resemblance, and your partner’s male features with the egg donor. Yes, imagine your female features matched to a man in order to save themselves time in finding you a donor, if they don’t have one in the bank for you. Some people might not care. But I was not given enough time to even process this. It became disclosed to us only after we’ve paid the 80% fee of our package, and only 4 weeks before our transfer. Even though we started the process 3 months in advance from the first consultation day.
2. Their doctors (Dr. Marban and Dr. Laura Garcia) described to us that the eggs used in the embryo making can be from fresh egg retrieved donors, and that you get to keep however many eggs would result from the fresh retrieval; they would be all be yours to be fertilized with the sperms. Quite deceiving in a sense. Not at all the reality. Even though I stressed on the fact that I preferred fresh eggs retrieved and their doctors had no objection— 2 weeks later, however, they pulled out 8 eggs from their frozen bank batch, and began to fertilize them with the male donated sperms. So NONE were fresh retrieved eggs. Then only exactly 3 (shocking) out of the 8 eggs fertilized to reach blastocyst. And their scores were 3AB, 2AB, and 2BB.
3. They also actively promote NO PGT-A testing (citing that donors are too young and healthy in order to need it). One can’t help it but think that this is due to the low quality of the embryos results they generally anticipate. In our case, I also would add that because of the active delay in all processes from donors matching to mixing and swapping, so that we would not have enough time for DNA testing if we wanted to make the Transfer date.
4. Just if you are wondering, on Tambre’s detailed Invoice description you will not see a breakdown of the service fees that include the Donor’s medication costs, Donor’s retrieval costs that you paid for in the package.
Our first transfer: pregnancy failed to pass the 7th week because the embryo did not continue to develop normally. We are heavily questioning the quality of their donor eggs and sperms.
I think I remember reading about other patients who have left with similar experiences at Tambre.
The only 1 positive experience I will, however, share is that my clinical coordinator was an extremely caring and genuine person, who did manage to keep communications as closely as she could.

Clinica Tambre is amazing. We had our first visit to the clinic in January 2024 and in February 2025 our daughter was born, everything worked out from the first IVF cycle. We’ve had fertility issues for more than 5 years. Dr.Marban, we are very thankful to you and Tambre team for your professional approach and support! I also have to note that the clinic itself is very pleasant, with a beautiful green space outside-which added positivity to every visit 🙂

Myself and my partner travelled from the UK to tambre. The whole process was made easier with the help of our coordinator Lucia. Lucia was always super helpful, quick at responding to my emails (and there was a lot) and nothing was too much for her. Her English is amazing not only spoken but also her responses in emails. She will always have a special place in our hearts. The clinic is super clean and beautiful. I felt so looked after whilst I was there. All the staff are polite and helpful and English is amazing. Dr Garcia is so knowledgeable and also put us at ease when meeting her. I was lucky enough to also have her for my embryo transfer. The whole process is amazing and I highly recommend this clinic. Madrid will always have our hearts. Thank you team x

The best IVF clinic ..
After many years of miscarriages- it was clinics Tambre that diagnosed that I had killer cells that were killing the fetus’s. They put me on a treatment plan and yesterday I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy.
Doctor Laura Garcia has been amazing .not only a great doctor but has seen my journey through. Looking forward to seeing her in August to show her my baby.

I have always dreamed of becoming a mother and have been trying for that for almost 10 years without success. Now Tambre has made my dream come true. When I found Tambre online, there were several clinics we could choose from. In the end, my partner and I chose Tambre because we believe that if there is one thing in the world that never lies, it is “Time”. And Tambre has proven its strength with more than 40 years. It turns out that our choice was right. The staff of Tambre are all professionals in their respective fields of work. In addition, they have good communication skills and considerate service. As foreigners, my partner and I felt nice every time we were staying in Madrid. If we want to have a second child, we will still choose Tambre without hesitation. Finally, we sincerely thank all the medical staff of Tambre. You make our life complete.

I turned to this clinic and through the donation of gametes I realized my great dream of being a mother. I felt comfortable and was looked after. I love my little girl with all my heart. On a somatic level, in my opinion and that of all the people I meet, the little girl is anything but Caucasian. She has almond-shaped eyes, a dark complexion, high cheekbones… she seems rather Peruvian or Filipino to us… I wrote an email to get information and was told that the clinic used Caucasian donors but sometimes genetics cannot be predicted. They said, maybe the grandparents, who knows.

Clinica Tambre helped us with our fertility issues and we have now been blessed with a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Everyone tells us he is the cutest baby they’ve ever seen, and we agree. We tried using another clinic here in the U.S., but the process was difficult, expensive and unsuccessful. Despite being separated by an ocean, it was actually easier to work with Clinica Tambre than our American clinic. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. An additional perk is that we got to visit the beautiful city of Madrid. It was like getting a free vacation, because the total expense was still less than using an American clinic. We can’t thank them enough for helping to bring this blessing into our lives!

We had a really positive experience with this clinic and are delighted to have welcomed a little girl as a result. All staff, from the doctors (Dr Laura García and Dr Esther Marbán) to the nurses and patient coordinator (Lucía) were all really helpful, informative and reassuring. We had our second child and he is doing very well. But then they forced us to keep our embryos year after year, until in theory my wife couldn’t have any more babies. In theory it would be the first year to have them frozen and then donate them to science. On the other hand, they force us to maintain them and with what that means financially. I don’t see it
