Bonjour, je m’appelle Samia, j’ai 35 ans et je viens du Maroc. Je partage ces mots aujourd'hui parce que je suis une femme brisée par son passage chez Ginefiv Madrid. Je ne suis pas seulement une patiente déçue, je suis une femme qui a été traitée comme du bétail dans un rayon de supermarché. Venant du Maroc pour ce parcours, j’ai fait des sacrifices immenses, des voyages épuisants, portée par un espoir que cette clinique a fini par piétiner. Ce qui devait être un accompagnement vers la vie s'est transformé en un traumatisme que je porterai longtemps. Le plus insupportable a été ce sentiment de n'être qu'un numéro perdu dans une machine glaciale. Le changement incessant d'interlocuteur a rendu mon suivi médical non seulement épuisant, mais périlleux. Devoir recommencer mon histoire, mon intimité et mes craintes à chaque appel, à chaque nouvelle personne, est d'une violence psychologique inouïe. On se sent en insécurité totale quand personne ne semble maîtriser votre dossier de A à Z dans un protocole si fragile. Mon expérience avec Clara Muñoz García du Département International a été le point de rupture. Je n'ai trouvé en elle aucune empathie, aucune chaleur humaine. Sa manière de communiquer est celle d’une directrice commerciale obsédée par des KPI financiers et des objectifs de vente. Pour elle, nous ne sommes pas des femmes en souffrance, nous sommes des chiffres dans un bilan comptable. C'est révoltant de trouver une telle froideur dans un domaine où l'humain devrait être au centre de tout. En venant du Maroc, la réactivité était pour moi une question de survie émotionnelle et médicale. Pourtant, lors de mon dernier traitement, dans un moment d'urgence absolue, ils ont mis des heures interminables à me répondre. Ce silence, quand on est seule face à son protocole et à l'autre bout de la mer, est une cruauté que je ne pardonnerai jamais. Ils vous vendent du rêve pour encaisser l'argent, mais ils ne vous préparent jamais à la violence de l'échec. Une fois que l'opération rate, vous n'existez plus pour eux. Ils ont pris ce qu'ils voulaient et passent à la cliente suivante. Ginefiv Madrid m'a volé ma dignité et ma confiance. Si vous cherchez de l'humanité et un vrai suivi, fuyez cette usine.

Très bonne expérience de PMA. J'avais peur de la distance et de la langue mais tout c'est bien passé, vous avez facilement quelqu'un pour vous guidez si vous avez le moindre doute. Les délais pour commencer les démarches sont très rapides, ce qui est un vrai atout. Quand vous faite le traitement hormonal à distance, le suivi est fréquent. Une fois sur place le personnel est à l'écoute et les locaux sont impeccables. Il y a toujours un traducteurs avec vous si l'équipe médicale ne parle pas votre langue. Merci à toutes l'équipe de ginefiv qui a permis la naissance de notre petit ange.

Deje para hoy último día del año 2025 esta reseña que es la más bonita que he tenido la oportunidad de hacer, cuando llegue a Ginefiv tenía muchos miedos y dudas, fue un camino largo pero en el que no estuve sola en ningún momento, su equipo son la mezcla perfecta entre gran profesionalidad y un humanismo que te arropa, todo el personal fue participe de cada una de las etapas, hasta la FELIZ llamada de mi DRA. RUIZ en la que me confirmaron mi EMBARAZO, fue allí también donde vi mi primer eco y aún después de darme el alta siguen atentos a las ecografías importantes.
