I came to Fertia on the advice of a friend of mine, and after some negative attempts in other clinics, Fertia gave me a beautiful pregnancy. I was positively impressed by the transparency of the relationship and the contractual conditions, and also by the transparency of communication at all stages. The information was always clear and precise, as was the assistance in the preparation phase. The rates are decidedly competitive.

Thanks to the entire Fertia team for all their support and help. Thanks to them my dream of becoming a mother has been possible.

GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION 💪🏽

Good morning! I don’t even know where to start… But I would like to tell my story, in case it could help just one person in some way, I would be happy. (I hope you read it to the end).
I know that when you start in this world of fertility, you may have an idea of ​​how difficult it must be… but you never imagine that it can be as hard, especially psychologically, and at some moments you feel alone even when surrounded by your loved ones… only those of you who have perhaps experienced it or are just starting out in this struggle will understand what I am saying.
I would like to start by saying THANK YOU infinitely to Dr. Elena Puente’s team! because from the first to the last (Sofi, Loli, Yasmin, Luis, Cristina, Auxi, Juani, Virginia…) they have had unbeatable treatment! that desire, that affection and above all that humanity and empathy that today is unfortunately very lacking in this world… because without them it is clear that this would not have been possible! 😊 Because we did!👏🏽
And I can now say that I am 11 weeks pregnant!! I’m still afraid but happy! After 7 and a half years of fighting! From many treatments, punctures, especially many disappointments, from operations for cysts in the uterus, from two abortions, one of them with curettage included, subsequent operation on the uterus as well, biopsy of the uterus, and quite a few negative betas due to my implantation problems…My path has been quite complicated and difficult, I have endometriosis, and operated on for that, with one less tube, my uterus is inverted and perhaps thinner than normal, which is why all this has cost me so much!, I have gone through security social, for another clinic that unfortunately I did not have the same luck, that is why blessed was the day when the doctor who operated on my uterus gave me the reference of Dr. Puente among others, but don’t ask me why? But I chose her and Thank God, that same day I stopped by their Fertia clinic, it was the first time after so many years that they explained everything to me so well and above all they gave me that confidence and security that they were going to help me and try to do everything possible so that I could get pregnant and that’s how it was!! I still don’t believe it! Hahaha.
I tell you all this so that if you are in that moment of weakness, of wanting to throw in the towel, please, don’t give up!! Because look at my case and a single mother! It was always clear to me that if I had no luck finding a partner I would be a single mother and yes it is possible! Always think about why you started, about that illusion of having your baby that will be what will give you the strength to continue… there is only one life so ask yourself, do you want it as a mother? Well go ahead!
Although the text may seem very long to you… here is a summary of many years of suffering, but with the right professionals, I 100% recommend the Fertia Clinic and your desire is possible! Much encouragement!
Staying with the good to gain strength and the bad always brings a lesson, it has made me see that I am stronger than I thought! Dreams have to be fought for! And I always have the support of mine!
I didn’t want to say goodbye without telling you again that I won’t be able to thank the entire Elena team for what you have done for me! Thank you for restoring my happiness! Because for me you are not only professionals but you are part of my family!

A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Dr. Elena Puente and her team at Clinica Fertia. We started our journey with IVF for the first time, and Dr. Puente made us feel really secure in our decision with her precise and logical explanations for each step. Our first try was not successful and I was heartbroken and lost hope, even though it was just the first try, but that was because we had just one more frozen egg and one chance left. I would like to say a personal thank you to Dr. Puente, Loli and Sofia for encouraging me not to loose hope and keep going when I felt really low emotionally.

Worse clinic for gynaecology controls ever! I must say I am not a picky person in general, but if you want to do an annual revision do no go there. I went through my private insurance, and starting with the gynaecologist, Ana Nieto who received me an hour later, had me in her cabinet for 3 minutes maximum, no information was provided and been dispatched instantly, with the fact that I have been waiting for an hour to get into the cabinet. They do not call you to give you the results or any answers at all. They say that if everything is fine, you won’t get a call back. But what if you have a worry about something? What if you need your medical report or you are a person that does not manage uncertainty? You have paid for you results and you should have them. Also the medical report comes with 2 lines and it only says negative for malignant results… but what about the rest of the data???? No other results are being provided like potential presence of papilloma…and the roots … nothing at all. I have never in my long years have seen a worse treatment from a private clinic or even public ones treat you better. Stay away from it!

We travelled from the UK, and our experience was so much better than our experience in the UK. Dr Puente is extremely knowledgeable and we really felt like she truly cared about a positive outcome. She suggested different protocols to stimulation and transfer than I had in the UK, which led to a higher number of eggs retrieved, a higher fertilisation rate, and I did not bleed before my pregnancy test (as I had done on the post transfer protocol in the UK). All the admin and nursing staff are wonderful and so caring, again it felt like they truly cared. The centre is a beautiful and very clean building. We felt more at home and more taken care of than in the UK and there was no language barrier. Fully recommended.

I was very disappointed after visiting this clinic.
It was recommended through my Private healthcare for women’s health and Gynaecology.
Unfortunately the information that I was given by the doctor in terms of treatment was inaccurate and the bedside manner of the doctor just made me feel uncomfortable. The prescriptions she said weren’t available in Spain were, and some were available over the counter without prescription..

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Clinica Fertia. I felt totally lost with my fertility and misunderstood until I met with Dra Elena Puente. She was incredible, understanding and got right to the heart of my challenges. She diagnosed my condition and sent me for the right treatment which helped me beyond belief. The team are incredibly responsive and I would have been lost without them. Thank you for all your help. If you need fertility support, I highly recommend this incredible team.
