I canceled treatment and loan with them and they came out to pay me back in money. It was officially done with a signature and to this day not only have they not returned my money 8 months later but they continue to charge me the fees, call and laugh at us with their false arguments, apart from being illegal, are liars, we have no way of speaking to anyone responsible and the person who acts as a liaison gives you pause by saying that she cannot do more than what she does but she can charge you monthly and if you refuse to pay, then on top of that we have the fault for violating the contract I hope this reaches someone who can help us after 8 months I think it's okay we have been respectful and responsible which they are not with us, thank you for "scamming" us

If I could I wouldn't give it a single star. Regrettable attention, waiting an hour and a half and then not wanting to or serving us. The best thing I did was leave that clinic, there they give you botox as well as eyebrow hair, I don't see that it is a center specialized in fertility, there is everything... Well, it's a shame that I didn't start treatment here, at the same time. In the end it is better to go to a clinic specializing in fertility issues.
