I give a star because none can be given. Terrible treatment, lack of medical, ethical and moral professionalism. All very nice and at the moment on networks etc but the reality is different. We went through a fertility process that has been a true hell from minute 1. The director of the clinic never shows her face, once she gets the estimate she ignores it. If you have questions and want to talk to the doctor by phone, forget it, another person who is not a medical professional will assist you. My partner has been on medication for more than 2 months when the maximum is 21 days and a break of 7. Prescriptions unsigned by the medical practitioner. In the second attempt, 2 days before the medical appointment, they tell us that the doctor is no longer going to go to the clinic that will treat us in Madrid, until they find a new specialist. An absolute shame. I do not recommend this clinic at all. As patients throughout the entire process we have felt alone and that the only thing that prevails is money. We are going to ask for a second opinion with all our history at another clinic, we are going to fill out a complaint form and deliver it to the offices in Madrid.
