I have been calling Dorsia for two months with more than 10 complaints in which they only tell me that they cannot do anything and that the quality department will contact me, something that has never happened in two months. I don't know how you can leave people with their projects at a standstill with the illusions and emotions that this entails, but of course they do continue to charge the money, well no! I'm not going to pay you a penny more! I am not going to continue spending money on lawyers so that later nothing happens and more money is lost, I will stop paying to see if they are going to contact me... they have breached a contract in this low-level way. Do not have any treatment in these clinics, if any problem happens later they will not take care of anything! One hand in front and one behind.

In truth, that was not the biggest problem but in the end it is stressful having to take a plane several times (you will have to travel more than once) to spend 3 hours on the way there and the same number on the way back, the procedures to find a hotel, extra expenses for maintenance, travel; because there are no hotels very close to their facilities in Madrid, if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg, of course. Eye! The travel dates have to coincide with the dates to carry out the treatments and it can be very complicated for everything to coincide. We can assure you that it is not comfortable at all.
