They scheduled me for a call and called me an hour and a half later. Already starting, they say everything, the truth is not very serious

"Absolutely Don't Recommend This Clinic: A Nightmare Experience with Zero Empathy"

I do not recommend this clinic even to my worst enemy. We lived a true nightmare from the moment of the puncture until the last transfer with such disastrous treatment by all the staff, both reception and doctor, with zero empathy. Every transfer we went we left destroyed. They didn't show me the embryo in my endometrium, they told me there's nothing in the cannula, we've already put it in. On one occasion they prepared me for another transfer and days after transferring the embryo they wanted to annul me even knowing that I do not live in the country. I spoke to the girls at the clinic and explained our disagreement to which they responded that we have many patients and they threatened to force us to make sure the remaining embryos disappear. We were more devastated. And a big question where we ended up, into whose hands we fell, I think she has no idea, she still works in an assisted reproduction clinic to tell me that, she doesn't know what it takes to have eggs to tell me that. Horrible, all we lived there for was the only thing they took into account was to pay, they charged us extra for the maintenance of the embryos when we no longer had ultrasounds in the contract, I had to do them separately, afraid to ask because they only scream at the Doctor, you ask about the natural cycle, which they don't do there. You ask him about the amount of progesterone and his answer is that it is what is given and I am short of all the bad things we had with emotional exhaustion and guilt for wasting our time. I'm not the only one who is dissatisfied with this clinic. I later realized that I have read a lot of messages like this. Please do not go to these clinics where at first they paint everything in colors. They only want your money. Once they have your money, they let you go and you have to beg and follow them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC………

Two years ago I decided to be a Mom and after looking at several clinics I decided on the Eva clinic. I was not wrong and I am enormously grateful for the professionalism and security they showed me. If I had to do it again, I would definitely go back. I want to highlight Dr. Mercedez and Nurse Miriam. THANK YOU Att: Rocio and Toñi

I don't advise her. They just want your money and when they have it, they do anything.

Not very happy and I haven't even started my fertilization process, I trust in God that it turns out well because those who work there leave a lot that they want...I paid everything at once without financing, and look what couple wanted to do the Bernabéu Institute and I opted for the Eva Calle clinic Aragon...sometimes it is better to pay a little more because at the end of the year not the cheap thing is expensive...well we'll see but for now disappointment
