Very positive experience working with Charm Fertility Oakville! They have pretty good flexibility with booking appointments and can make changes if needed. It’s relatively easy to get ahold of the reception team and they respond to emails well. I also think their hours of operation are pretty good and you can opt to do early morning appointments before work. The nurses and ladies at reception at Charm Fertility are the best!

Every nurse I spoke with was reassuring, kind, and helpful in providing me with all the information and answering my questions. Though my first appointment was overwhelming, each subsequent appointment was easier, and they would always provide me with next steps for a follow up.

They were great with communication. When I emailed with questions, I always got a prompt response, usually on the same day, sometimes even on the weekend when I wasn’t expecting a reply until Monday.

I appreciated working with the same sonographer, Ayesha, during my time at Charm. She was gentle, caring, and reassuring, and we built a good rapport.

Stephanie at reception is amazing as well. She was kind, positive, and shared my excitement when the time came. She always tried her best to get me in at the earliest possible time as that was what worked for my schedule, and would also help speed things along if she saw my appointment running later than usual.

Though I only saw the doctor once, at my initial appointment, the nurses were communicating my case with her, and she would give instructions for the nurses to relay to me.

My experience at Charm Fertility was a positive one, and I will miss all the ladies who supported me on this journey.

I was referred by my family doctor. I was referred to get an IUD. My experience was excellent. Everyone was courteous and professional. The insertion was efficient and as painless as it could be. I would recommend anyone to this clinic.

I’ve been to various charm fertility clinics and this one is by far the best! Super kind staff especially Ms. Rahila! Dr. Hoosany is an absolute gem! She explains everything thoroughly and talks through things. Great location! 12/10!

When I was first referred to Charm, like everyone else, I googled the clinic and was shocked to read some of the comments. Regardless, we decided to keep our appointment. I was very apprehensive about my visit – But my experience has been very positive. It is true that you do not get to see the doctor. You only see the nurses, who I have to say are on top of your history and all relevant details. The technicians are friendly and put you at ease. The reception staff are also very cordial. We were pregnant on our first IUI attempt.

One star to the nurses and receptionist, there were helpful.
No star to Dr. Lamiaa Migahed, she was extremely unprofessional. She is not knowledgeable enough to understand other human peculiarities. She should go back and finish other licences that requires her to speak and advice other human being not yelling on patients on the phone. She lacks listening and communication skills. Lamiaa interest is trying to get as much money out of patients without seeing them especially the government funded IVF. This is the most unethical practice I have ever been to. Clinic should be closed down as the standard is below par. After all, procedures are not been done in the clinic, it’s done in ONE FERTILITY, that’s tells the clinic is substandard.

We were patients of Charm Fertility for both of our pregnancies. For my first child we underwent 3 IUIs and were about to proceed with IVF. Prior to starting our IVF cycle the clinic did a uterine biopsy to test my lining. There was inflammation and I was prescribed antibiotics. The very next cycle I was pregnant! We were literally 4 weeks away from starting IVF. It was a miracle.

2nd time around I went back to the clinic for help. They repeated the procedure that worked the first time and termed it an “endo scratch”. The belief was that the scratch to my uterus promoted a healing response that was making my uterus more receptive to implantation. 3 weeks later I was pregnant again.

I am so thankful for the care of the nurses at this clinic. Ashley was the best person I could ever ask for to help guide me through this difficult journey. I only saw the doctor a couple of times the nurses really do carry this place. I hope they treat them well they deserve it. All of the other staff were so kind and made the visits very pleasant. I would recommend based on my experience!

Nurse Ashley and the care of this clinic has blessed me with my son and I’m now 5 months pregnant with his baby sister!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been seeing Dr. Waseema Hoosainny for many years, and I am thrilled to met her and have her treat me… I have full TRUST in her 🙏🏼 Her honesty, knowledge and expertise is always comforting during tough times! I would travel to the moon to be treated by only her 🙂 DR. HOOSAINNY IS THE BEST DOCTOR AVAILABLE TO ANY WOMAN OUT THERE!!!
