The receptionist and the blood work lady are so nice and friendly. I love taking to them cz they always understand and guide well. The environment is good. You don’t have to wait that long.

Charm is surely a place to be recommended clinic in Brampton, Ontario. The entire environment is positive because of the staff, they are so affectionate and caring. I have a very good experience with Nataly, Ann and Inpreet.
Nurse Monika is full of positive vibe, her guidance is always to the point and she is extremely professional in her approach.
Their services for blood work and other medical needs are also to the point.

I work in the same building as the clinic is in, so it has always been very convenient for me to go this clinic during my lunch brakes for appointments. I have been visiting the clinic for last 1 & half years but have not been regular due to holidays and stuff. But last year in October 2024, I got pregnant. Even after getting pregnant they took care of me until week 10 before I was discharged and Monica continued to answer my questions even after I was discharged to an OB/GP. Whenever Monica was not available I also got answers to my questions from Doctor’s Assistant – Anu – from another clinic. Like I was never left unsupported. I always got reminders for my appointments as well.
Throughout cycle monitoring and week 10, they guided me to the best. All the girls including reception, nurses, blood work ladies and U/S lady.. have been helpful in my journey. I will make sure to visit them for my second baby when I’m planning.

My experience with Charm Fertility was amazing. They have a friendly environment and are professional at the same time. The whole staff is very cooperative and responsible. The entire process depends on dates and they were very efficient with that. They made sure I don’t miss any of my appointments by reminding me through call or email. The technicians, nurses and receptionists are very well coordinated with each other about their patients. Overall it was a great experience for me.

I have great experience with charm fertility centre.All members as Nataly & Ann, Beverly, Roop & nurse Monica are helpful. Charm Fertility Centre offers professional, compassionate care with advanced treatments and a supportive team. Highly recommended for fertility services.

They entertain the late comers but will not entertain you if you arrived on time. Poor management.
