At this center, I'm undergoing biofeedback treatments to rehabilitate my pelvic floor, which was severely strained by pregnancy and surgical delivery. After just a few sessions, I've already seen excellent results: greater awareness of my pelvic floor, less discomfort, and reduced urinary incontinence. I highly recommend this treatment because I find it very helpful, and the center itself is excellent for everything it does. I find the staff very knowledgeable and attentive, and the midwives are knowledgeable and kind, making you feel at ease!

Our Experience We embarked on a fertility treatment at this clinic with confidence and hope. Unfortunately, in our case, the experience proved disappointing and very emotionally challenging. After three attempts at ovarian stimulation, the results were minimal and we were unable to complete a transfer. Throughout the process, we felt inadequately supported in a personalized way and, at times, confused by the choices offered. Furthermore, some tests and medications we purchased proved unnecessary, further increasing our frustration. Our experience was one of a management approach that did not meet our expectations. Every couple faces this journey with great financial, physical, and emotional sacrifice, and in our case, we would have liked more attention and targeted evaluations. We are writing this review not to be controversial, but to share our experience: choosing the right clinic is crucial, and we believe that every couple deserves a listening ear, respect, and compassion throughout such a delicate journey.

Assisted reproduction is a difficult journey. Over the past two years, our experience at another center has made us feel like we're in an obstacle course where you're constantly thrown into the water or crashing into the walls of a rubber castle and having to start all over again. Assisted reproduction is the moment when you overcome a level and are happy, knowing that there will be more obstacles. You face each step with determination, calm, and serenity, because everyone (from the receptionist to the doctors) is there for you, understands you, and is human like you! For the first time, I'm calm and serene! Although we still have to keep our fingers crossed, a special mention goes to Dr. D'Uva, who is a wonderful human being; to midwife Chiara for her chatter and laughter during bizarre moments; and to our coordinator Giusy, who is always attentive and available!

IVI Roma Casilino

IVI Rome is widely regarded as a leading IVF centre that combines state‑of‑the‑art facilities with a highly skilled and empathetic medical team. Doctors such as Dr. Cozzolino, Dr. Mariani, Dr. Gebbia, Dr. Massaro and Professor Pellicer are repeatedly highlighted for their professionalism, clear communication and personal support throughout complex cycles. Administrative and nursing staff—including Giusy, Rosa, Giulia and Sandra—are praised for prompt, friendly assistance and consistent availability, creating a family‑like atmosphere that eases emotional stress. Success stories frequently mention first‑attempt pregnancies and successful egg‑donation cycles, reinforcing the clinic’s reputation for effective treatment protocols. However, several patients note that the centre’s fees are among the highest in the market, with limited upfront cost transparency, and that occasional organizational lapses—such as frequent doctor changes, chaotic scheduling and occasional harsh communication—can undermine confidence. Overall, IVI Rome is recommended for its clinical expertise and supportive environment, provided prospective patients are prepared for the financial commitment and potential administrative challenges.
