Terrible service on WhatsApp. I asked a million times if they accepted Petrobras health plans and the person didn't answer me once. When I gave them my UNIMED card number, they insisted they couldn't log in with just the number, that they needed a physical or digital copy. My plan, UNIMED S.J. do Rio Preto, doesn't have a digital form or token for validation. Furthermore, I asked three or four times if my wife also needed health insurance for a couple's appointment, and guess what? Nothing. The person simply ignored me three or four times, doing the same thing when I asked if they accepted Petrobras plans. Completely rude. They even had the nerve to say, "Want to schedule an appointment? It'll be 500-something reais." I just wished them goodnight and I would never in my life start such an important step in my life in such a totally indifferent and inhumane place.

At first I was afraid because of the negative reviews here and I understand that, in online reviews, people's experiences are not always the same - But, speaking from my experience, I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nelson. Dr. Nelson conveys security, attention and deep knowledge in the area of assisted reproduction. He doesn't try to be someone he's not, nor does he give rehearsed speeches; on the contrary, he is clear, direct and respects time and doubts. In my first consultation he already performed a transvaginal ultrasound to see if everything was ok, and he clarified everything for me without beating around the bush. It is important to remember that each person has their own way of expressing themselves, and what some call "confusing" may just be the rhythm of a professional who has decades of practice and total focus on the patient's health. I went to another clinic, but I felt very good at Saab in all aspects. And without a doubt, it's where I'm going to have my IVF, I hope to come back here with good news.

A experiência com a clínica foi ruim devido ao atendimento péssimo, falta de resposta e indiferença do médico, o que levou a uma frustração completa e perda de tempo.

Eu não recomendo a experiência com essa clínica. O atendimento não é bom, eles não dão retorno, são perdidos, não respondem as mensagens nos números que eles mesmos passam para entrarmos em contato... O sentimento que tive foi de indiferença, não há humanização no entendimento. Eu perdi tempo nesse lugar, e graças a indiferença do médico, que não me dava retorno, eu desisti do tratamento! Até tentei levar a situação para a clínica e mudar de médico, mas o comercial me atendeu como se não soubesse quem eu era. Detalhe, eles que entrarem em contato comigo, depois de eu pedir para fazer a troca...cliente há meses, mas não sabiam nem meu nome. Ali, já entendi o nível da desinformação e o desinteresse inclusive em saber do problema com o médico. Não recomendo! Me sinto péssima tendo perdido tempo nessa clínica! Me sinto desprezada enquanto cliente, sem falar na frustração de ter que começar tudo de novo em outra clínica... Um sonho que se torna cada vez mais distante (o que para a clínica, nada vale, não há humanização nisso).
