The best clinic, I am extremely grateful. From my very first appointment at CRM, Dr. Sadek listened to me and truly understood my concerns, which were taken into account throughout the entire process. He ran absolutely every test for both me and my partner, paid attention to every detail, and provided us with solutions. He is an excellent doctor. I felt treated like a human being, with warmth and compassion, and I felt supported while going through infertility, testing, egg retrieval, hysteroscopy, and transfer. These are processes I am deeply grateful to have gone through at this clinic because everything was excellent. The teams at the Winter Park and Celebration clinics were kind, attentive, and provided amazing service at all times. I am extremely thankful for the care I received and for helping me achieve my dream of becoming pregnant. I will definitely return for my future babies.

IVF Clinic has poor communication and slow results, refused to provide test results after 6 months and multiple calls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband went in for a sperm analysis 6 months ago and we are still waiting on the results!!! We have called so many times and always have to leave a vm but never get a call back. It’s gotten to the point where our doctor’s office has even tried multiple times to get ahold of them so that they can send over the results and they have gotten nowhere. This was not a free service, we paid for this test and for whatever reason they refuse to give us the results. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!

Patients felt misled and overcharged after being told they needed IVF, leading to emotional devastation but ultimately a successful pregnancy elsewhere.

A few months ago my wife and I sought out fertility help from here and after paying close to a thousand out of pocket just for a lab, ultrasound and 5-10 minute office visits we were told virtually we needed to do ivf. We were told it would be very hard for us to get pregnant and if we did it would most likely result in miscarriages due to me having a chromosome issue or something serious being wrong with our baby. Our first desire was to have tried iui and the dr did his best to talk us out of that (a more cost efficient way) They were willing to charge us 20,000-25,000$ and put my wife and I through a very hard time mentally and emotionally. My wife is now 14 weeks pregnant with a very healthy baby boy! We have since seen high risk specialists and genetic counseling who have gone over what I have and it’s not as serious as this place and it’s Dr led us to believe and they also feel we were trying to be scammed. My wife and I also now feel that way and are in disbelief that this was done to us and months of devastation from a place we trusted and put our faith in for help. Please do a lot of research before settling with any reproductive center. I don’t wish this experience on anyone wishing and praying for a child. God bless 🙏🏼

cancelled exam due to arriving late due to highway traffic.

I feel disappointed that after taking the highway for 1 hour and a half with what it takes to go through constructions and high traffic on the highway, for arriving a few minutes late, the exam I have with them is cancelled, without considering anything else and not even providing assistance to make a reschedule.
