I received outstanding support and professional care from Dr. Naj at his U.S. clinic. He and his staff, especially Selene, provided responsive care throughout a high-risk pregnancy. His expertise led to a successful IVF treatment and a miracle baby.

Dr. Naj is an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional doctor. Having seen physicians in four different countries, I can confidently say that finding him after moving to the U.S. was a true blessing. He provided the right treatment — and if it weren’t for him, we might not have had our miracle baby. Throughout my high-risk pregnancy, Dr. Naj was incredibly responsive. No matter the time, he always answered my emergency calls and made sure I was cared for right away. His staff was also wonderful, especially Selene, who was always there for me and patiently responded to my countless messages during pregnancy. I received outstanding support and truly professional care at his clinic. I always recommend Dr. Naj to anyone searching for a skilled and compassionate fertility specialist. He is an excellent doctor, and I am deeply grateful for his expertise, dedication, and guidance throughout this life-changing journey. 🙏 Thank you endlessly Dr. Naj. 🙏

The reviewer had a poor experience at CRHG, citing untrained staff, questionable practices, and a business-like approach to healthcare. They felt safety protocols were not followed during a blood draw and criticized the doctor's response to concerns about

I had an extremely poor experience and felt my health was put in jeopardy of untrained, questionable practices. The fertility preservation/care experience at CRHG felt more like a business transaction than health care service. I had 3 visits with CRHG. I felt unsafe for many reasons: 1) I had never received a vaginal ultrasound before and the doctor/nurse did not inquire if I had or prepared me for what was to come. It was very painful for me (separate from CRHG, I later learned I have endometriosis). 2) Next was bloodwork for my husband and I. I am immunocompromised and am very familiar with getting 40+ vials of blood drawn at once/have been through years of testing which at most takes ~5-10 minutes. Almost all trained nurses have a difficult time retrieving blood from my veins and as a result usually take from my hands. This blood draw at CRHG was the biggest red flag I have ever experienced in a health care system. My husband and I were led into a side room and someone that just started (literally it was her first week) began to draw my blood. She asked what I did, and we got to chatting - turns out she just switched jobs from working at McDonalds and recently received her medical assistance certification. Her past job was not of much concern for me, but it was her actions after. She didn't wash her hands before drawing my blood. When she put the first needle in, she didn't draw blood successfully and started moving the needle around in my hand to try and hit a vein... After multiple attempts and being unsuccessful, she asked for help. At that point, 3+ office workers surrounded me and all tried to help me get my blood drawn. Everyone was unsuccessful. Finally, one woman came who seemed much more tenured. She pointed out that the ex-McDonalds employee wasn't holding the vial properly to allow blood flow (i.e. she was holding it too high, above my hand which prevented blood to go into the vials). With the new, tenured employee assisting - she removed my initial needle that was not put in properly and asked for a second one. The ex-McDonalds employee hands her a needle. The tenured women did a double take and pointed out that the needle she was handed was already opened, and NOT opened from a closed container (for safety, hygeine, cleanliness, etc.). She pushed back and told the ex-McDonalds employee to hand her a brand new, unopened needle for safety. Thank god for this woman, as there's no telling what could have happened or what I could have got with an unsterile needle. After 40+ minutes of trying to draw my blood, they managed to get barely enough to fill the vials. I also was very pale and didn't feel well - to the point where one individual stayed past her working hours to make sure I didn't faint. 3) Post bloodwork debacle, we went to check out. I went to the bathroom while my husband waited for me. While I was gone, they mentioned to my husband that for my XRay (HSG) I would need a driver. My husband was very confused and asked why. They said because I would need to take Vallium and would require assistance. At no point in time did Dr. Najmbadi go over the risks/needs of being incapacitated during HSG. My husband declined to setup this service and felt this was yet another red flag. Later on in our follow up/final meeting with Dr. Najmabadi - he asked when we were to schedule HSG. We pushed back stating we didn't want to/would like to do more research. His snarky response back was along the lines of "I bet you googled how painful HSG was and are scared huh". 4) In our last meeting, the Dr. did not even have all of our testing results in. But he was happy to take the call and still charged us a full rate. I'm currently with another fertility care provider at a very reputable hospital (Top 5 in the nation). I recapped my experience at CRHG and they were shocked to say the least. My current Doctor specifically mentioned how pushing HSG was wrong and did not suite my use case at all.

The clinic has good communication, helpful staff, and positive IVF experience, but long waiting times frustrate patients.

Terrible Experience - Unprofessional and Money-Driven My experience with Dr. Najmabadi was one of the worst and most painful of my life. I went to him about 2-3 years ago for IVF treatment due to my husband's low sperm count. He initially gave us hope, since I had so many healthy eggs. Despite retrieving around 30 eggs, he only gave us one embryo after genetic testing. He claimed that 18 eggs were the best, yet somehow only one embryo was produced, which seemed suspicious. To make matters worse, this single embryo resulted in an empty sac pregnancy, with no baby inside. Throughout the process, Dr. Najmabadi pushed us into additional treatments like PRP for my womb and unnecessary IVs for my husband, which felt like nothing more than attempts to make more money from us. After the failed IVF, he suggested using donor sperm, despite previously assuring us that my husband's sperm was not a significant issue. The entire experience was traumatic. After the egg retrieval, I was in excruciating pain. Instead of providing proper care, they sent me home with a weak painkiller that did nothing to alleviate my suffering. When I reached out for help, they told me to go to the ER during the height of the pandemic, leaving me feeling abandoned and terrified. After a year of mental recovering from this terrible experience, I sought a second opinion. My new doctor was shocked by how things were handled. He questioned why Dr. Najmabadi only gave us one embryo out of 18 healthy eggs and was concerned that they did not release all my lab records. My new doctor successfully performed the IVF on the first attempt, the egg retrieval wasn't painful, they first make sure that I'm not in pain and then release me home. I now have a healthy one-year-old son. Dr. Najmabadi's approach was entirely money-driven. He seemed more concerned about maintaining his luxurious lifestyle than providing proper care. If you're considering IVF, I strongly recommend finding a doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being and isn't just looking to profit from your struggles. My experience with Dr. Najmabadi was a nightmare, and I regret ever trusting him.
