My spouse had a sperm analysis which was greatly mishandled. We waited over a month for results. When we got the results, it was pretty bad news. After further testing through a different center, it seems those results were not accurate. In our attempts to access our results, we were fed multiple stories, from "the person who sends faxes is out today" and "we lost the key to the records room." I would not recommend you go here for clarity on fertility as we did not receive accurate answers in a timely manner. Go anywhere else for your own peace of mind and sanity. Trying to conceive is hard enough.

Really fantastic team. They are super supportive and optimistic but honest and straightforward when they need to be. I appreciate Dr Robins’ and his expertise. They do not waste any of your time or money and explain coverage and costs for all the expected procedures up front. They assign you a nurse and a financial coordinator to help every step of the way so if you have any concerns or questions you aren’t left in the dark. We recommend CRH over any other fertility facility in Spokane.

When another place in the valley wouldnt even try to help me, the providers here helped and listened. It was a simple fix that my OBGYN overlooked. They were very prompt with responses, sensitive to my concerns and fears. Dr. Robin and RN Breanna listened and helped, we now have a baby boy with their help. They looked beyond age and other limitations when we were told we could never have a baby.

Just finished my first appointment here and I can’t stop talking about how great my experience was! You are greeted by the sweetest receptionist and she directs you to the waiting room with some paperwork. The waiting room has snacks and drinks! When we went in to talk to Dr.Robins my husband and I could tell that he was very knowledgeable about his practice. We felt very comfortable asking questions. He then suggested an exam and ultrasound. I love the fact that the actual doctor takes the time to perform the ultrasound and exam. Dr. Robins explained every image that was shown on the ultrasound screen. After the examination, the sweetest MA takes you to a room where your nurse coordinator explains in detail every aspect of your care plan. After she finishes they send in a financial advisor who explains every cost that could ever happen. I can’t thank this office enough for making this appointment so comfortable, easy, and informative. I can’t wait to continue to work with them!
