My husband and I love Dr. Chen and NP Sara! Nursing and all other support staff are also amazing. Everyone is always very personable while remaining professional. I always feel listened to and my worries are always acknowledged. There is always someone to respond to messages or calls on the same day. I wish I could keep this team as my regular OB office!!!

CCRM Fertility has been amazing. From the first time I reached out to them before becoming a patient they were very responsive and kind and explained everything in detail. They are very quick to get you in and see you and the entire staff has been extremely helpful and kind during this time. I am currently in treatment for IVF and they have been nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Chen and the entire team at CCRM. From the very first appointment, My partner and I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Dr. Chen is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, enthusiastic, and deeply compassionate. The entire staff—from the front desk to the nurses and coordinators—consistently go above and beyond. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns we have, no matter how big or small, and they did so with patience, clarity, and genuine empathy.

If there were angels on earth it would be Dr Chen and Juliana. I will remain eternally grateful to them for their exceptional care and help throughout my fertility journey which led me to conceive my twins.

The staff at CCRM were responsive and acted quickly to resolve our reimbursement issue once we were able to figure out how to escalate it properly within their new department structure. We received our reimbursement check the following week. Dr. Chen even reached out personally to apologize and get our feedback about what could be better. I was blown away that she would take time out of her busy schedule to do so when it’s not a situation under her direct control.

We are incredibly grateful to their team, not only for the high quality of medical care they provide, but also that they actually take action when they receive feedback.

I had been working with CCRM for a while on the clinical side and was introduced to Dr.Chen after a small break from treatment and monitoring. I was not interested in doing IVF as I had 2 children successfully before and just wanted to figure out the root of what was going on while trying for a third child. She was very warm and understanding and immediately wanted to dive into what issues could be going on. After multiple tests we got to the root of my problem and she was quick to get me in for surgery to fix my problem and after that I was pregnant with twins my very next monitored cycle. I appreciate everything Dr Chen did for me and never felt pressured to pursue anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Thank you Dr. Chen and staff! I will miss everyone including April from the lab! 🙂

Sara, the Nurse Practitioner, was exceptional! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She has been doing most of my OB scans. She takes her time and is great at what she does. ❤️

Since they became part of CCRM the quality of service has dropped considerably. Their billing department appears to be in chaos. We have been trying for weeks to find out the status of a cycle reimbursement we should have received and cannot get an answer from anyone. There is no corporate number or customer service to call. We just get told to “call back next week”.

I had an amazing experience at CCRM. The whole staff from the front desk, to the lab, to the nurses and embryologists were amazing. Dr. Chen was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and just a joy to be with. She made the process easy and stress-free, even during times that should have felt high stress. I will be returning and look forward to being cared for by Dr. Chen again!

Dr.Chen was absolutely amazing — she was thorough, professional, and incredibly kind as she walked me through the process after letting her know I felt anxious. It’s not often that a medical experience is this comfortable, and I’m so grateful for the compassionate care I received. The office is also very clean and love that she has soothing music in her treatment room.
The scheduling process was also very fast after they received my referral. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of fertility services!
