I wish I was writing a great review but I'm not. The doctors and daily nurses are great, at least in my experience. The managing nursing staff is a completely different story. They completely lack compassion & couth. I should've walked after the 1st incident however I wanted to keep pushing to my ultimate goal of motherhood. But after this 2nd incident I unfortunately did need to find another clinic. People don't enter this process as a 1st choice and it 100% is not an easy experience and for the managing staff to lack compassion, couth, and conversation is so disheartening and only adds to the stress of this overall journey. I really wish better for hopeful families. It was actually comforting to read some of the other reviews that expressed the same experience; at least I know it wasn't just me. Had required information been clear upfront I likely would have delayed my journey. However I guess the money grab was more important than the success of my fertility journey and my health.

The doctors and nurses are good at their jobs in my experience. It's been a long journey for me but mostly due to inurance related miscommunication, and I've worked with Dr Martini and Dr Cross, both are great. Giving 2 stars becasue I do think their billing department needs some improvement. They use Athenahealth as their billing system, which is very confusing and cause people panic. Basically there's two versions of the bills coming from Athena, one version charges me services I have already paid for, and another version shows the corret billing from CCRM. So you have to be careful when you get those billing messages from Athena saing that you owe thosands of dollars of services that your insruance/you have already paid for! I ended up talking to the billing manager to get the bottom of this - when loggin into Athena, you need to go to patient portal to view the correct billing and your payment history. The other version is completely bullshit, and I can easily see how this can cause people stress - on top of IVF stress. Other than the system incompetency, some of their billing staff also send me messages on Salve trying to over charge me. It's obvious they don't even know what they are suppose to look at, or worse, trying to bamboozle money out of patients thinking they will just pay whatever they are charged for fear of losing their potential babies/embryos. Either case, it’s unacceptable as I expected better service from their billing department.

Positive experience at CCRM Rockville branch, friendly doctors and good communication, staff made the experience.

I had a great experience at the CCRM Rockville branch. The doctors are so friendly and give you enough time to explain to you the entire process. Keep up the good work. You may have good services but the staff make the experience.
