I have just started my fertility journey with CCRM. And at 32 years old… and having stared my women’s journey at 18 I have always left women’s appointments feeling upset, defeated or scared. But NOT here. I left my experience at CCRM Miami feeling uplifted, positive, and hopeful for the first time in my adult life. I know I am in phenomenal hands as my husband and I take on this next chapter. But I cannot speak volumes at how beautiful, professional, and optimistic this clinic is. From same day test results to the personal care I received I honestly couldn’t be in a better place. Highly highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but given how broken the IVF system can feel, CCRM Miami truly deserves recognition. After two years in NYC trying several of the “best” and “top” clinics—where the biggest thing missing was human touch and empathy—we were incredibly grateful to find CCRM Miami. From start to finish, we were cared for by a team of real humans who led with compassion. Dr. Potts, Devyn, and the entire team supported me through every up and down. As a woman with a full-time career, navigating IVF was one of the hardest experiences of my life, and they made it feel manageable. No one judged me. No one dismissed me. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely kind—always cheering us on and bringing positive energy into a process that can be so emotionally heavy. If there’s one thing I would do differently, it’s starting with CCRM Miami two years ago. I’m forever grateful and will always feel I received the very best care. Thank you for the love and support.

The best fertility clinic in the area. We were incredibly fortunate to find Dr. Potts and the entire team, who guided us through every step of the process with exceptional professionalism and care. The service is outstanding—attentive, compassionate, and truly focused on every detail. The facility is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and even offers coffee and snacks, which truly makes a difference during such an emotional and challenging journey. We genuinely looked forward to each visit, and when we “graduated” with positive results and a baby on the way, we were actually sad to leave. I truly believe our success was a result of how expertly this team manages every aspect of the process. I can say this confidently because we have experience with other clinics, and the difference here is remarkable. The financial side was also handled transparently with very reasonable pricing and a customer service team that was always willing to help. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

Feels like a money grabbing machine. We scheduled an online consultation and shortly after received a call asking for our insurance information. They told me they don’t accept my insurance and immediately asked for my credit card, saying the appointment would be $360. When I asked what’s included in that cost and whether we need to do any lab tests or any other procedures, the rep said no, that the doctor would “write a plan” during the consultation. How can a doctor write any kind of treatment plan without labs? It felt like paying for a mechanic to diagnose your car without ever opening the hood. I genuinely didn’t understand what I was supposed to be paying for. I was told “that’s just how their procedure works.” At that point, I realized I could get the same level of advice from AI for free. We canceled our appointment. I would stay away, it really seems like the goal is to charge as much as possible upfront rather than actually help patients.
