I would not recommend CCRM. Anything billing related was a disaster. They didn't run stuff through insurance despite having all the necessary info, and if you need to reach their billing department to discuss things, good luck... You call, spend 20 minutes on hold, then get forwarded to voicemail, leave a voicemail, they never call back. I had to maybe spend 3 hours trying to get a hold of them, and when I did they told me I should have used the portal to reach them - but not the one we'd already signed up for test results, another portal just for billing.
The actual care was okay ish, though the doctor gave wrong statistical information we'd looked up beforehand, and after we did tests they told us a nurse would follow-up with us, never happened.
We opted to not pursue further care with them given the very poor service. Very disappointing.

After 3 failed IVF cycles at a local clinic in my hometown we wanted to give up. By the grace of god an acquaintance at my gym reached out to me and shared her fertility journey with me which brought us to discover CCRM. Living in Ohio I thought it would be crazy to start over at a new clinic across the country, but thank god we did! I am writing this review as I hold my 4 month old baby. We would never have gotten here without the amazing doctors at CCRM. I am thankful we never gave up, it is hard to stay positive after 3 failed rounds of IVF but CCRM instilled hope and I had full confidence in the doctors. They gave me answers my old clinic never did and always made me feel heard. Thank you to all the doctors who helped give us our sweet baby boy!

CCRM is the best fertility clinic! Dr. Von Wald is the most incredible doctor, I have ever had! She was there for us through every step of the journey. She always explained everything so well, and not only cared about us achieving our dreams, but always ensured my health was well throughout everything. She even changed up medications for me since the vaginal medications were bothering my skin. When we had some tough news, she always checked in on us and made sure we had every follow up appointment that was needed. Dr. Von Wald is a compassionate doctor, she cares so much about her patients! No doctor can compare to her!
Megan R. was our nurse and she is the warmest person. She always got back to me when I had so many questions. She never made me feel dumb for asking so many questions. She always ensured I had every appointment scheduled. I have never had such an incredible nurse, she helped us through such tough times and allowed us to achieve our goal.
All the other nurses are wonderful there too, Sarah, Brenda, Erin, Kendra and Nicole. Nurse practitioners are wonderful!!! The front desk staff is so kind and helpful. They have the best lab too!
I am currently 10 1/2 weeks pregnant! Thank you Dr. Von Wald and Megan R. for making our dream come true!

I only wish their professionalism was the standard in the medical industry. I’m a nitpicker and all I have is praise. From the front desk to the surgeon and in between, nothing but accolades.

After a very difficult experience at another fertility clinic, finding Dr. Surrey and CCRM truly restored my hope in the fertility process.
Before coming to CCRM, I went through one full stimulation cycle and two failed transfers at a different clinic. The lack of professionalism, compassion and empathy, poor communication, and overall disorganization from the clinic leadership left me emotionally and physically drained. By the time I switched clinics, I felt defeated and skeptical that the process could feel any different.
CCRM was night and day.
From my very first interaction, the clinic ran with a level of precision, care, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Surrey and his entire team — the nurses, phlebotomists, and ultrasound technicians — treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion at every step. They made me feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for, not just like another patient on a schedule.
Under Dr. Surrey’s care, I completed a stimulation cycle and a natural transfer — something my previous clinic insisted would never work. Not only did I feel much better completing the natural cycle, but the entire process was smoother, far less stressful, and physically easier. I experienced fewer symptoms, less pain, and far less anxiety. Simply being at CCRM changed my outlook and helped me regain a positive mindset during a process that can be incredibly overwhelming.
Dr. Surrey is exactly the kind of physician you want in this journey. He is extremely data-driven, thoughtful in his recommendations, and incredibly knowledgeable — yet also easygoing, approachable, and genuinely kind, with a great sense of humor that helped lighten some very heavy moments. Most importantly, he cared not only about my success (which is, of course, the priority), but also about my overall health and well-being — something that is not always true at other clinics.
I have already recommended CCRM — and specifically Dr. Surrey and his team — to three women in my network, and I will continue to do so without hesitation. If you are feeling discouraged, unheard, or exhausted by your current clinic, know that a better experience is possible. CCRM sets the standard for what fertility care should be.
