From the very beginning of my journey with CCRM, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Every single person I encountered was kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. Emily, my nurse, was an absolute anchor for me throughout the process. She calmed my nerves more times than I can count and answered every question with patience, compassion, and a warm, grateful attitude. When my original doctor, Dr. Nodler, relocated to the Chicago location, I was transferred to Dr. Zhou—and she was wonderful. She stepped in seamlessly, already understanding my history and my goals. She listened, she cared, and I always felt like she was truly present with me in each appointment. The entire staff at CCRM deserves recognition. From the receptionist who greets you with genuine smiles, to the lab team, to Karen—my ultrasound tech—who always made me feel welcome and comfortable. Every interaction felt positive and supportive, no matter how anxious or emotional the day might have been. CCRM handled all the necessary testing, provided thoughtful guidance on improving egg quality, and made me feel like they were on my team every step of the way. It never felt like I was going through this alone. They rooted for me, believed in our outcome, and celebrated every milestone with us. I truly cannot thank CCRM enough for helping expand our family. Without them, I’m not sure this would’ve been possible. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend CCRM to anyone struggling with fertility. They are exceptional in every way.

Wow! The whole team at CCRM in the med center is full of warmth and compassion. I went in for a consult and the moment you check in, to the second you leave, you are truly cared for. I have never had such care provided to me anywhere. Dr. Zhou is an absolute gem. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is genuinely invested in your journey and wants nothing but success for you. The financial team is informative and thorough- we had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Kiera that day. And the ultrasound tech, Karen, had great bedside manner and is so sweet. This journey can bring about a lot of emotions, but the whole team at CCRM Med Center is there to support you in any way.

I initially started with dr. Nodler who is no longer a doctor at this clinic as he moved to a different city. My experience with him was OK until I realized that I knew nothing because he explained nothing. Didn’t know chances of success when I initially started, didn’t know my amh level.. etc the is no open information. He would say “do you have any questions” which I only have basic questions because I didn’t understand the process which after my transfer failed i investigated further thru chatgpt, facebook groups and then had consults with another doctor after my failed transfer who is the one that explained to me my ccrm file that I showed him, after my failed transfer the ccrm doctor didn’t even call me, just got a message from nurse saying my result was negative and I could schedule another consultation that I had to pay for to go over everything.. which I found ridiculous. I also had a hysteroscopy that was EXTREMELY PAINFUL with no anesthetic because they said it would be minor to medium cramps and my whole body went into shock, almost vomit and hands cramps up into a fist for minutes after they stopped.. then they said they would need to reschedule and do it Under anesthesia and on top of that still charged me a portion of the cost- why they didn’t mention it could be extremely painful and give me option to choose if I wanted anesthesia? - it’s all because they lack communicating details. I only got 1 embryo out of my frozen eggs and it failed - ONE full cycle cost me $30,000 plus meds etc $35,000 with ccrm. At CNY fertility in Houston they offer one cycle at $6000 to $10,000 which would give everything I got at ccrm for 35K! And they even have guaranteed success cycles from $20,000 for 6 full cycles and unlimited transfers. If you are self paid..my advice is going to a clinic that’s a lot less expensive and more detailed about sharing full information
