What to watch out for at CCRM Fertility of Dallas-Fort Worth?

The clinic enforces a BMI cutoff of 39, requiring significant weight loss before treatment. Patients with higher BMI report feeling judged and excluded, despite alternative protocols existing at other facilities.

  • warning Billing & Administrative Gaps

Several individuals experience unclear billing practices, delayed invoice explanations, and unexpected charges years after treatment. Communication from the billing department is sometimes slow, leading to frustration and repeated follow‑ups.

  • warning Limited Embryo Transfer Flexibility

Policies restrict the use of previously frozen or genetically tested embryos, prompting concerns about financial pressure and reduced patient autonomy. Some patients describe the approach as prioritizing clinic statistics over individual needs.

  • warning Occasional Staff Inconsistencies

A few encounters involve chart errors, mis‑recorded ages, or unhelpful nurse practitioner interactions that diminish confidence in individualized care. Referral handling and appointment scheduling can be cumbersome when staff misinterpret simple requests.

I’m reaching out today to express how truly appreciative I am of the level of professionalism displayed in the workplace by Dr. Noorhasan and the entire staff.

My name is Calip. For a long time, I had given up on the possibility of becoming a dad. However, after much prayer and extensive research on advancements in fertility, my wife and I decided to give it one last attempt. Together, we searched for a fertility doctor who would give us the best possible chance at success.

Our search led us to Dr. Noorhasan, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and service we’ve received. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown to us throughout this journey have meant more than words can express.

10/10 Blessings to you and your entire staff!

I found CCRM after a terrible experience at another IVF clinic. What made CCRM different was the individualized care plan for me. I wanted to get to the bottom of why I was not getting pregnant and Dr. Noorhasan helped me figure it out. The team was super responsive whenever I had a question and my patient care coordinator was with me with every step. When preparing for the transfer I was assigned a transfer care coordinator who was very informative and super sweet! This clinic is up front about pricing, scheduling, and creating the right space for you! I am now pregnant in my second trimester and I can't wait thank CCRM enough! Highly recommend if you want an alll female staff, customized plan, and a clinic with a high success rate.

Dr and team are super friendly and very knowledgeable. One thing I appreciate about their practice is how they treat me as a patient. They always call when they have an important news for you vs simply sending messages. The calls for sure add a personal touch to the entire process. They are also very responsive to phone calls or inquiries. Dr Noorhasan is a great Dr! Highly recommend
