Couldn’t recommend enough

At CARE Woking, I felt I was treated as an individual patient, not as a number. The nurses were outstanding and always took the time to go through any concerns I had and to get answers from the consultants too. CARE gave fantastic advice on how to cope with IVF treatment that I truly believed helped, and I always felt as though my best interests were being considered. Not many people think they will end up attending somewhere like CARE and they made that part of the journey that little bit easier.

It has been four months since we finished our first and only treatment with care fertility. We were unsure whether we were going to write this review. However, we were so lucky to have been granted funding by the NHS and I believe for those that have a choice they should spend their own money elsewhere. It is so disappointing to say that due to the incomptence and lack of compassion from care fertility we have lost our first chance and the second half of our funding. Firstly, it is impossible to get hold of a nurse, or reception for that matter. Blood tests were late so medications were not adjusted in time, meaning folicules did not develop as quickly as they should have. Advice to increase our chances were given after we lost our funding, when it would have to be paid for privately.
For a company that commits themselves to putting the ‘care’ into fertility I am so very disappointed in how they have gotten it so wrong.

My wife and I have been through 2 treatments and we have had little aftercare, this company will make sure all your questions are answered before they take your money, once the money has been paid, you will.not hear from them and any follow-up questions will not be answered. This company do not live up to their brand name, they are “Don’t Care Fertility” is more fitting.

I just wanted to write this review to say a huge thank you to the team at Care Fertility.
We were referred through the NHS for our treatment and I can honestly say we were treated with such care and respect.
I was absolutely terrified of going through IVF. The day we met with our consultant, we were instantly more reassured about the whole process. We weren’t bombarded with information, but as we went through the cycle, each stage was explained to us. I much preferred this approach, as its quite a stressful process, it would have been easy to have an information overload.
I found all the staff we interacted with to be kind and helpful. When I was shown how to do the injections, I had a funny turn (I am not good with needles!) and the nurse was so patient with me.
When we went in for our embryo transfer, I was so scared – nerves and worry got the best of me, but one of the nurses held my hand through the procedure and made me feel a lot calmer.
We were so lucky that we only underwent one cycle of IVF and got pregnant with our little boy, who is now approaching 1 year old.
I cannot thank Care enough. Without you, we may never have got our beautiful boy.

We were discharged from Care Woking yesterday following a successful viability scan. We are incredibly grateful for EVERY single member of the team. Everyone is empathetic and we feel communication is impeccable. We were updated on all test results and kept in the loop with everything. We honestly cannot thank Care Woking enough. This was our first round so wasn’t sure what to expect but not once have we felt anything was unanswered. We have 2 frozen embryos and will be back in the future to use one of them. A really special thank you to Rebecca Goulding for making me feel so relaxed and looked after at each appointment.
