RUN!!!!! My experience with Brown Fertility was one of the most distressing medical and financial experiences I have ever gone through.

During my IVF cycle, my doctor was absent during critical stages when major medical decisions had to be made. There was no substitute physician available, and I was left without proper medical guidance. Staff were not in a position to provide physician-level consultation, and I ultimately had to cancel my cycle under these circumstances.

The financial handling afterward was devastating. I signed a cost sheet for $16,322, and after cancellation, Brown Fertility’s financial counseling team confirmed in writing multiple times that my cancellation fee would be a flat $1,875 and provided a refund estimate based on that amount. Months later, they issued a refund using a completely different fee structure, reducing my refund by more than $3,000 and contradicting their own written confirmations. Monet, Ashanti, Tammie - financial department employees were very helpful to take my money but now they just ignore my emails.

Even more disturbing, the refund documentation falsely stated that my cycle was cancelled due to spontaneous pregnancy, which was completely untrue and deeply upsetting to see in my records.

I made multiple attempts over several months to resolve this professionally and received no response. I spent a lot of money in this clinic and wasted a lot of time with zero professional help.

As a result, I have filed formal complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Florida Department of Health, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and I am now pursuing legal remedies to recover the improperly withheld funds.
I am with another fertility clinic now, my results are great, my doctor is present during the cycles and the whole experience is much better.
