All the staff are so friendly and warm, they made me feel completely at ease during my treatment and were always at the end of a phone call or email if I and any questions. I had a really positive experience throughout my IVF journey and we welcomed a beautiful baby girl.

Really poor service from them. My partner contacted Bourn Hall via phone and via email multiple times in order to get test results from past treatment. They had no interest in helping us through this time on the phone and didn't actually bother to ever respond to the emails sent which would have massively helped us. For a fertility clinic, the least you expect is compassion for all patients past and present.
