I’ve had three appointments so far, and two out of three times they’ve been very late. It’s a huge waste of my time and seriously disrupts my workday. On top of that, I haven’t been able to reach the doctor by phone at all.

"Thoroughly Disappointed with Boston IVF: Poor Service and Lack of Care"

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service at Boston IVF. Reaching out to them is nearly impossible—there's no way to speak with someone live, and when you finally connect with a staff member, they are completely unhelpful. Having an actual question about your care plan seems to be an affront to them, as they belittle you for seeking clarity. They have consistently messed up critical elements of our care. They’ve bungled medicine orders, missed appointments in their system, and provided no follow-up on test reports. Shockingly, they even had incorrect information about us and our medical history. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Boston IVF's approach feels incredibly disingenuous; you’re treated like just another number being pushed through their flawed system. The lack of genuine care and professionalism is appalling. Avoid this place if you value your health and peace of mind.

While we did have a positive consultation experience with Dr. Resetkova in January, and would have gladly proceeded in working with them....we found working with the billing office to be unusually stressful and unpleasant. The hostility we faced over trying to get claims submitted to insurance was unprecedented and clearly sought to abuse us of our rights as consumers. Though we did eventually succeed and the claims were submitted, no one should have to make such a concerted effort to avoid a blatant consumer rights violation under state and federal regulations in addition to Boston IVF contractual obligations with our insurance. If using this clinic, please do know your rights as a consumer and be prepared to self advocate.
