We would recommend going somewhere else. Received treatment from BIVF for 6 months and found the care to be impersonal, it is big business and you feel like a number to them. You get bounced around from nurse to nurse, the nurse of the day will call and they clearly do not look at your chart. They do not adjust treatment based on the findings of your previous cycle. I have a short cycle, this was discussed in the intro meeting, yet they set my monitoring to a standard 28 day cycle. They would have missed every monitored cycle we did there if I didn't coach them to look at what happened the month before every time. You also will not talk to your doctor for months while undergoing medicated and IUI cycles. Just felt like they wanted to funnel us to IVF where they could make more money. Did not feel like we were giving the cycles before IVF a real try. We left the clinic after being told we had to wait 2.5 months to see our own doctor for next steps. Poorly managed care and clinic.

Only one appointment so far but I am so impressed by the professionalism and organization of the staff and medical team at Boston IVF in all my communication with them. It is unlike any experience with healthcare I have ever had. A financial planner reached out and explained my insurance coverage in detail. Turns out much more is covered than I expected! A nurse practitioner spent almost an hour with us detailing the various options. Infertility is hell but finally I feel like I am in good hands with Boston IVF.

Cannot recommend. We had a very unpleasant experience with Boston IVF, and anyone looking for a compassionate, caring healthcare experience should reconsider working with them. While the doctors are clearly experts in their fields, they lack the ability to explain the process or listen to patient feedback. We came to Boston IVF after a failed cycle at another clinic, but our doctor was unwilling to listen to our previous experiences and make adjustments to his standard protocol based on what we knew. The biggest issue with Boston IVF, though, is the administrative staff. They are difficult to reach, make frequent mistakes, and can be downright rude, even when they are causing errors and delays. It took one admin nearly 2 weeks to get us the correct consent form, and we missed our target cycle date as a result. There are much better fertility clinics in Boston.
