The communication and organization is abysmal. They often timed things so poorly that it cost us months if not a year of time wasted.

The IVF clinic has a completely useless payment system. The patient portal is a disaster with no itemized bills available. Communication was horrible with a lack of upfront procedure costs stated, resulting in a disheartening experience.

Please save yourself frustration, their payment system is completely useless, they don’t send you correct forms on time and have horrible communication. I called to set up a payment plan which was approved over the phone then two months later get an email saying I’m late on payments and will be sent to collections with zero communication in between, stating I never filled out my payment plan form. I never received this form and was never told I needed to fill one out. The patient portal is a disaster and there’s no where for me to see an itemized bill. It’s so disheartening as someone who wants to be a mother so badly to have such a horrible experience with a fertility clinic. They also never stated the cost of procedures up front so each bill was a shock and surprise, whether that’s an issue with them or the US Healthcare system is yet to be know. When we moved to Massachusetts we were looking forward to their comprehensive fertility care. But this clearly isn’t it.

Don't do it! These people will frustrate the living hell out of you. They continously ordered the wrong labs for me and my partner making me go to the lab more frequent than I should. They don't answer calls or return voicemail in a timely manner. You will call and call and get tired of calling. Retrieving my medical record to go somewhere else was another herculean task! Jezz! avoid this people for your own peace of mind.
