I highly recommend this IVF clinic. Dr. Mazen is extremely patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. We were trying for 2 years, all our scan and bloodwork’s were normal, we were diagnosed with unexplained infertility, after much research I chose Dr. Mazen and Alhumdulilah with his expertise we are due for our first miracle in June Insha Allah.

All the doctors and staff are extraordinarily present and empathetic.. they make this emotionally draining journey easy, no matter how many questions I had.. Dr. Mazen, Dr. Afra and Dr. Carolina were very supportive and transparent.

We had been planning for a baby for almost 3 years, and it was an emotionally exhausting journey. From the moment we visited this Dr Mazen clinic, we felt hope again.

Dr. Mazen and Dr. Carolina are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They explained every step clearly and treated us with so much patience and care.

The entire staff is wonderful—especially Ms. Afraa, who is very soft-spoken, kind, and always ready to support. The reception team, nurses, and all staff members are equally supportive, polite, and reassuring, which makes a huge difference during such a sensitive journey.

The clinic and laboratory are highly experienced and use very advanced techniques and technology, which gave us great confidence throughout the treatment.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has been trying for many years and feels like they are losing hope.
