Our experience with the Beacon was very positive from the beginning. The process was made clear with our options clearly explained to us. As we progressed with treatment, all staff we encountered were clearly focused on making us feel supported to achieve a healthy pregnancy. The admin staff at the desk in particular were accessible and helpful, quick to support us getting the information we needed.In stressful moments of uncertainty, this was so valuable and appreciated. We would recommend this service to other same sex couples hoping to start a family. We are over the moon and eternally grateful!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Beacon Care Fertility. From the first day , we were treated warmly and with great professionalism, feeling supported every step of the way. The whole team, from reception to nurses to consultants were a pleasure to deal with to where I almost felt at home walking in there and will actually miss it now that my treatment is over! I want to say a special thanks to the embryologists, who I always refer to as my sons very first babysitters ❤️ particularly Ericka , who went above and beyond and truly put me at ease when i needed it most. It’s a time when you feel at your most vulnerable, nervous, afraid , emotional and I was always listened to and reassured by all who cared for me in the Beacon, so thank you so much 😊

Being over 35, i was super nervous about the road ahead. Beacon care fertility took such great care of myself and my partner. We felt so heard and with their care and expertise, we now have a miracle baby boy. From our consultant Dr Bart, nursing team, embryologists right to the wonderful girls on reception, we are beyond grateful. Amazing clinic!

My experience with the team at Beacon Care Fertility has been very positive. My partner and I underwent IVF and embryo freezing. From our first consultation, the team were professional, informative and compassionate. The staff were always approachable, taking the time to explain each step and answer all our questions. The warmth and care received during procedures was very reassuring for us.

The care in Beacon Care Fertility is great. We had the best outcome of welcoming our baby girl in November 2024 after recieved IUI treatment in the clinic.

Editing review as Beacon responded below to say this is a fake review – both myself and my husband have left reviews of our shared experience of this clinic. Please save yourself the time and stress of this clinic and go elsewhere. We completed 3 cycles here; successful on the last however sadly miscarried at 8 weeks.

We had submitted a complaint prior to the last cycle about our treatment at the clinic; unable to speak to anyone regarding treatments, waiting on prescriptions and protocols, over 1 hour wait times in the clinic, the consultant saying to my husband to take me for a walk in the evenings, consultant not knowing what meds he prescribed me etc. My husband also left a very vague 1 star rating on Google about them not responding to patients. Our complaint was addressed although nothing could be done in terms of actually fixing their services, we were offered a reduced fee for the final cycle (despite being told just to give up basically by the consultant).

We were successful but sadly it didn’t end well. I went back to the clinic for help and I explained about the miscarriage and that we would like to try the same protocol again as we were actually happy with the last round. I was pretty much told to F off by so called “clinic manager” as we had complained previously and she mentioned we left a 1 star review on Google! We were advised to find somewhere else we would be happier with – we were happy once the clinic in fact did their job, everything is left to the nurses who are run-down and over worked due to the need for more patients and more money by this clinic.

Just a bit disheartening to kick us when we are already down; save yourself the heartache.

Stay away

Had a really good experience in the Beacon, I had previously done two rounds in another clinic before going to BF, I was completely worn out and exhausted when I met with Dr. Omar. He did an amazing job at managing my expectations and setting me up for what would be a long journey. The nurses at the clinic are incredibly kind and supportive and always available to answer any queries or questions. Dr. Fazia did my collections and transfers and I will be eternally grateful to her as we just welcomed a gorgeous baby girl from a transfer she performed in August.
I just can’t recommend this clinic enough, I felt so supported and looked after, while it is quite procedural, I found having clear communication very helpful. Huge thank you to all the team!
