Excellent! Dr Omar has been wonderful and helped us have 3 children following miscarriages. His knowledge is superb and he listens and understands. He is so flexible especially for those living far from the clinic. His reproductive immunology protocols are first class and we cannot thank him and his entire team enough! Modern, friendly and welcoming clinic using the latest treatments that work. We would highly recommend Beacon Care Fertility Dublin.

Successful first round of IVF at Beacon Care Fertility with professional and compassionate care, thanks to their supportive staff and helpful Salve app, which made communication easy, clear, and organized.

We had a successful first round of IVF with Beacon Care Fertility and are so incredibly grateful for the care we received. The entire team were professional, compassionate, and supportive throughout every step of the journey, always taking the time to explain things clearly and put us at ease. The Salve app was also a great support — it made communication easy, kept appointments and instructions organised, and helped the process feel far less overwhelming. We couldn’t recommend Beacon Care Fertility highly enough to anyone starting their IVF journey.

First impression poor, no communication, long waiting time experienced, disappointed

The reception staff was not good! First impression is crucial and I was completely let down .After being encouraged to fill out a self referral ,I did this in great detail which was both personal and private, anyone going through fertility treatment will know how fragile and distressing it all is.I didn’t hear back from the clinic until over two weeks later after I sent an email to voice how disappointed I was with the lack of communication and acknowledgement .Ive been in touch with two other clinics in the mean time and both got back to me in an appropriate time.
