At our first visit, we sat down with Dr. Polanski for a thorough, thoughtful conversation about our wishes and goals. Together, we created a clear plan that made us feel confident and cared for from day one. The nursing and front desk staff were truly amazing—kind, responsive, and always reassuring. We knew we could call with any question or concern and receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, which made such an emotional process feel manageable and supported. We were incredibly fortunate to be successful on our first attempt at every step, from egg retrieval to insemination. We truly believe Bay IVF’s holistic approach played a huge role in that success. In addition to excellent medical care, we were given guidance on nutrition and recommended foods to help optimize our chances, which made us feel seen as whole people—not just patients. We stated our initial visit in July 2024, and August 2025 we welcomed the birth of our boy/girl twins. We did implant 2 embryos and both implanted successfully. We stayed with Bay IVF until nearly the 2nd trimester to ensure a successful start of the pregnancy. I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and the twins were born full term and healthy! We are eternally grateful for our time with Bay IVF and wholeheartedly recommend them to any family hoping to grow theirs.

We’re so so happy we made that choice — we were lucky to succeed on our very first time and now have a healthy baby boy! We have been married for 9 years and have no children.I have endometriosis,I had a natural miscarriage at 26 weeks.in June 2024 we went to Bay IVF for treatment and met Dr.Porlansk,who is very experienced in the field of infertility treatment. I am 40 years old and have very few eggs.the chance of success is very low.after egg stimulation and embryo creation. I got 2 quality embryos,I transferred a frozen embryo and was lucky to get pregnant the first time.Dr.Polansky is a good and caring doctor who helped us have a very lovely daughter.she is now 14 weeks old.we are very grateful to Dr.Polansky and the Bay IVF team. thanks to Minerva,she is wonderful and guided me very enthusiastically.
